Hmm, I have a dilemma.

I've got my Wii + Zelda pre-ordered, and a couple of other games and another Wii-mote bagged for Christmas. I still have a good

Get a 360 Smilie

Oh and Live of course.

There are good 360 deals out now though. No guarantee that prices will drop, and even if they do...isnt it worth that extra for those months of gaming?

See no Wiivil
Hear no Wiivil
Speak no Wiivil

There's only one thing I can tell you... Halo 3... That's all you need to know with a steal like that...Halo 3, sep. '07.

Yep. *cant wait*

Hopefully some more C3'ers will have 360's by then so we can have some massive games =)

Hmm, I'd say keep the money for a few months and then buy a 360. I know that's a tall order waiting to spend money that's just sitting there doing nothing, but at the beginning of next year, they are going to replace the current (crappy) CPU in the 360 which uses 90 nanometer technology with a better one that uses 65 nanometer tech.

What this essentially means, is that the new 360's will consume less energy, run alot cooler, and should produce less noise (as a result of not needing such drastic cooling systems). The new 360's undoubtedly live alot longer than the current models, which are pretty rubbish in that regard. It would be such a bad move to buy a 360 right now, when the new improved model is just around the corner. I doubt any of the current models will go the distance, much like the early PS2's.

Patience is your friend. Besides, your Wii will make the wait far less agonizing Smilie

^ thanks for that Oni, didnt know they were doing that with the 360.

My friend has convinced me that the 360 is the way forward, and I pretty much agree.

This, unless you're confident you can blag a free replacement every few months like Joe does.Smilie

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

No problems. And yeah, the 360 is looking to be the best out of the next gen, for me. When they cut the already very respectable price, it's gonna be a fucking steal. Plus, Xbox live is the best thing that's ever happened to computer games since Shenmue \o/

Nah, i,ll get one next year when there dirt cheap. It doesn't do anything diffrent from what the normal XBOX does so i'm not intrested at the moment. HD wont get me into buying a 360 because it's nothing really but a bit clearer. I cant be bothered with all these complicated systems. I want an easy to use system that is fun and that's the Wii.

Even my mum can navigate the XBox 360...are you retarded or something? ^^;

What ever, look if you think it's so good I,ll be the one missing out so what's the matter. If I think it's complicated I think it's complicated.

End of.

Yea, it's not exactly hard to do...

If you think it's overly complicated you're just being ignorant and not even trying to learn it.

Gods in His Heaven. Alls right in the World.

I dont give a crap what you think. It's what I think and it's my opinion. Not everyone can find things easy to work.

For fuck sake, what's to learn? You plug it in your telly and into the wall, you put games into it, you play said games. It's only complicated if you've never played a game before. Silly statement.

Because you're getting a Wii this year, theres plenty to keep you going over christmas, so I'd say wait until the new year to see if the price drops on 360 if you're getting one.

*Leaves them to argue with each other about silly little things*

Wii playing procedure:

Plug into Wall
Plug into TV
Configure sensor bar
Put game in
Play

360 playing procedure:

Plug into wall
Plug into TV
Put in game
Play

<_<

I really don't see where you're coming from. I don't want to insult you, but I'd really like to know what exactly is complicated. Even for XBox Live you just plug the ethernet cable in and sign up, which is no more complex than joining ebay.

Like I said it's over: *Leaves them to argue with each other about silly little things*

Just stop it will you, I dont give a crap anymore. I,ll think what ever I think and you think whatever you think. Is that simple enough?

Good, now stop crying and get back to posting positive things.

Ok I will think whatever I want...And I'm not crying, it seems like you're the one throwing a sissy fit.

FJD, you have an open centering tag in your sig I think.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Seriously easy to use, in my humble opinion. Everything's initially colour-coded too into 4 sections: Xbox Live, Games, Media and Settings. Nice and simple. Smilie

Well i'm tired and I just want to go to bed and I get a load of shit of a little XBOX Fanboy. That's why i'm crying and what's making me more angery is that you wont stop posting to annoy me more. I've said leave it a billion times but you wont.

But you're wrong and not admitting it.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.
