Derek Styles is a medical genius!, this game will be genius also with it's Co Op mode, it's what the game should have had from the start. Hopefully there will be lots more voice acting in this version also. I think I will sell my current copy for this version when it comes out. I have had fun with it but I should have waited for this..{LS]

Oh god, Two hands used for equipment. I can see this game being harder than the first, which is cool. BUT PLEASE dont let us wait as long as Second Opinion grrrrrr

Think that's the 2-player co-op rather than some nightmarish head-pat/tummy-rub game mechanic.

I wonder if they'll be in it some how... with a cameo or something...
Looks groovy. Still haven't had a chance to play the first one on the Wii so I dunno how well the controls work yet. I'm getting the feeling that it works better on the DS though... I hope they make another one for the DS

The characters look so much better, you may not think so at first (I didn't) but now I think they do. Derek looked too old on the DS version, & Angie looked like a young teen.

It works great on Wii. Better than DS IMO

Angie looked like a young teen.
But she looks so much more... matured now. ;3
Yeah, I know, it sucks ;_;
Megadanxzero said:No reli, buy the game, you'll learn over time that it's BETR.

I played Under The Knife again recently, I have to say that the Wii version looks much better overall. The character proportions are funny on the DS game.
I mean, they're still funny on the Wii game, but it's only outragous breast size, so I wouldn't worry too much.
Goddamnit, I'm a paedo, how hard is that to understand? >,<
*cough*
Err... I do intend to get it as soon as possible, but I have no monies at the moment ;-;
Megadan, Nintendo have asked me to forward this important message to you.
I really have too much time on my hands.
Yeah, you do... And you spelt Hanukkah wrong...
Aww crap... >.<
Actually... Nintendo spelt it wrong! It was THEIR announcement!
& at least I they spelt Pedophile right >.>;
