The latest DS review scores have come out from Famitsu, including the much-anticipated Gyakuten Saiban 4 (Ace Attorney 4).

Without further ado:

Gyakuten Saiban 4 (NDS, Capcom): 9 / 9 / 9 / 9 - 36/40

Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: MiniMini Daikoushin! (NDS, Nintendo): 8 / 7 / 8 / 8 - 31/40

Chicken Little: Uchuu Saikyou no Team (NDS, Disney): 7 / 6 / 6 / 6 - 25/40

Little Mermaid: Ariel no Umi no Takaramono (NDS, Disney): 6 / 6 / 6 / 6 - 24/40

Watashi no Relaxuma (NDS, Rocket Company): 5 / 5 / 3 / 4 - 17/40

A fantastic score for Gyakuten Saiban 4, which is the first original edition of the series to go to DS, the others being ports of the original Game Boy Advance games with touch screen modifications. It seems that fans are in for a treat when it is eventually localised, particularly if they enjoyed the final case in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, which served as a preview for this title. As you can see, Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 has fared well too.

In other format news, Nippon Ichi's latest Playstation 2 title Grim Grimoire received 28/40 (8 / 7 / 7 / 6).

Ooh, GS4 will definitely be one to pick up, just finished the first one. But whatever happened to GS3...

I think we'll get GS3 before we get this - probably part of the reason this one doesn't have the English language option in it, they've probably dedicated their localization team to the inevitable DS port of the third title. That, and they want people in the west to buy it rather than importing from Japan, with it being an all-new game...

It'll be tough for them to top GS2 (Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice For All over here), but from what I hear GS3 does so, and this definitely has the potential to after the fantastic final chapter of the DS port of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney!

Ace Attorney 4. The fourth in the series currently known to the west as the Phoenix Wright series (which isn't altogether accurate, as he isn't as prominent in 3 and 4).

The third one *should* make it over here. The sales for the first two haven't been as good as they should have been, but I doubt that'd stop Capcom.

Can't wait for all new DS cases though.
