*faints*
*wakes up* Me having a fable for wonderful models (look at my Avatar and my profile pic), loving mangas and the lithe style therein, I think these models are looking absolutely stunning. I was taken aback by the concept arts showing beerbellies and so on, but this woman in the picutres (doesn't matter if she is Zelda or not) is looking stunning, as does Link, Epona and the overall look with smooth small HDR and wonderful colors. This alone puts everyone quiet complaining about graphic capabilities on Wii and Cube. I don't know if 'the Woman' is pre rendered, but if not, it's much more stunning. I can't tell, and that's every graphics whore dream, isn't it?
I know that graphics matters almost nothing to a good game, but if it fits into it, all the better.
I think like jb, that the starting-screen-trailer shows the bridge, land and textures on it quite blocky and very low in resolution. But I think that's because of the huge terrain and far-sight. You have to appreciate that. But It matters not to me, as the feeling when playing Ocarina of Time was so being-into-it, that even today I forget the N64-graphics almost instantly when inserting it into my 64.
With this I am playing Zelda AND drooling over graphics. Wonderful!
Nintendo can be proud of the money and time they put into it and getting this fine results. I can't but study every screenshot. That sounds cheesy, but it's the truth. I am crazy, no?
