Nintendo News | DS Plastic Case and Game Holders

With the DS (Lite) being the gadget to take on the move, there are chances that damage could be done to the sexy shell. Accessories manufacturer Hori have come up with several nifty solutions to protecting your portable gaming investment.

First up is a game holder / protector for the DS Lite that, whilst being one of the ugliest inventions, is a unique way to store up three DS cards on the move without having to carry an extra game wallet or risking losing the tiny pieces of plastic. The casing slides onto the top of the Lite, locking into place.

Next up, a nice looking slide-cover for the DS Lite avaliable in two colours (black/white). Also from Hori, the casings slide and lock onto the console to protect from damage, whilst still retaining its fairly sleek look and style.

Finally, a fabric/cloth cover for the original DS which again slides onto the unit and is held into place by overlapping onto the two faces like a book cover.
