The first ever Western Director to helm an anime in Japan, Michael Arias, speaks with MyM about his magnum opus, Tekkonkinkreet, along with his new work, an adaptation of Project Itoh's book, Harmony. This is one for dark sci-fi fans to look out for when it hits UK shores later this year.

On the article front, fans of the phenomenal Firefly who have yet to check out Dark Matter may find now is the perfect time to do so. This sci-fi hit also draws its inspiration from iconic anime Cowboy Bebop. With Season 2 about to hit UK screens, the MyM team made some time to discuss the inspirations from numerous anime and what Season 2 has in store for the Raza's crew. Horror Director Kevin Greutert, known for his work on the Saw and Paranormal Activity movies amongst others, speaks with MyM about his new movie Visions, a suspenseful new horror film he has been working on since 2008. It's a horror movie with Jim Parsons (Big Bang Theory's Sheldon) that alone should sell this.
