After 10 whole years, producer Adi Shankhar announces Castlevania's coming to the screen, not as a live-action adaptation as originally planned, however, but as a mini-series anime. The story will be based on the NES classic Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse and it will be made by Frederator, the studio that brought us products such as Fairly OddParents and Adventure Time.
Trevor Belmont's dark adventure will include Dracula's son Alucard, and Sypha Belnades, a young sorceress, and, supposedly it will be very, very violent. Fans of whip-wielding vampire hunters, are you happy with the news?
