Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush Dated in the USA

Nintendo have confirmed the North American release date for Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush on Wii U. Kirby's debut on the console will launch on February 13th.

Known in NTSC regions as Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, the game is a spiritual sequel of sorts to 2005's Kirby: Power Paintbrush on DS, which switched traditional Kirby platforming for a stylus-based line rider. This entry in the series also uses a plasticine-esque art style.

Kirby and the Power Paintbrush launches in Europe in the second half of next year, and in Japan on January 22nd.
