Ultimate NES Remix out 7th November in Europe on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo have confirmed a release date for the Nintendo 3DS/2DS version of NES Remix, out next month.

The game brings classic NES games to Nintendo's handheld, but shaking up the original formats with new twists and challenges. Known as Ultimate NES Remix, the title compiles a selection of software featured in NES Remix and NES Remix 2.

From battling Metroid fan-favourite Ridley to saving Princess Peach using Princess Peach, seasoned veterans and Nintendo newcomers will certainly be challenged on the move. There'll be a Championship Mode for score-based challenges from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, and Dr. Mario, plus the intense "Speed Mario Bros."

Games include: Balloon Fight, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., Dr. Mario, Excitebike, Kid Icarus, Kirby's Adventure, Mario Bros., Metroid, Punch-Out!!, Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, The Legend of Zelda, and Zelda II - The Adventure of Link.

The game will land in Europe, without the need to blow cartridges, on 7th November.

Will you join all the retro antics in Ultimate NES Remix on 3DS?
