Sonic Confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Wii U, 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The third part of Nintendo and SEGA's collaboration has been revealed today: Sonic confirmed for Super Smash Bros.

The blue blur, who first made his Nintendo fighting debut in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, will be returning to the ring to compete against Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Mega Man and more. The debut footage of Sonic the Hedgehog in action in the new Super Smash Bros. also highlighted a stage inspired by Sonic Lost World.

Yay, good to have him back!! It wasn't a big surprise though, with Sonic games being Nintendo-exclusive from now on.

Agreed. Excited to have him back, but not surprised either since Sonic games have always been hits on Nintendo platforms.

I would be surprised if Snake came back too.

Fyi, this isnt the third part of the Nintendo/Sega collab, the collab is 3 Sega developed games, Sega are not developing this.
