WWE 2K14 for Nintendo Wii U? Not This Year, 2K Games Confirm on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Want your annual dose of men in sweaty tights? There'll be no WWE 2K14 entry for Nintendo Wii U this year.

WWE 2K14 is the latest in the long line of wrestling titles and it received its release date earlier today for Xbox 360 and Sony PS3. Coming to Europe on 1st November and 29th October in North America, it will once again skip Nintendo Wii U. 2K have yet to comment on the Wii U wrestling omission.

The latest title to enter the Nintendo ring was WWE '12 for Nintendo Wii.

What are your thoughts on the lack of WWE 2k14 on Wii U?

Two things:

1) Just because they didn't announce it for the Wii U doesn't mean it might not happen (anyone here remembers Watch Dogs).

2) The last WWE game on a Nintendo console was WWE'13 for the Wii not WWE'12.
