Meet the Cast of Project X Zone Nintendo 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

There are over sixty different faces in Project X Zone, but just who from SEGA, Capcom and Namco Bandai made the cut?

The cast includes Jill and Chris from Resident Evil, Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li from Street Fighter, Jin Kazama and Heihachi from Tekken and the star of Valkyria Chronicles, Kurt Iving. The game has been confirmed for a June 25th release, bringing with it the original humour and presentation from the Japanese edition. Characters will all play major roles in the game's storyline and voice actors reprise their roles from previous games in their respective franchises.

No Sonic, grr! Smilie But in all seriousness, I was wondering before why SEGA West hasn't even acknowledged the existence of this game; maybe it's because none of the SEGA characters in this game are from series' which are ever brought west? The only characters I recognise are characters from Sakura Wars, Valkyria Chronicles 3, and Ulala from SC5, they're all games that did way better in Japan (in the instances they left Japan at all!)

Both Capcom and Namco have really good selections though, so I'm looking forward to this. Smilie Still can't believe they're localising it!

EDIT: Ooer, how did Frank West get wrangled up with the DarkStalkers? Smilie "I've covered supernatural sadists you know!"

Awww....no Felicia....T_T Where's my Nekomata in a fur bikini!!!!!? XC

Did they add a few more characters or are some of those not playable? I don't remember seeing any mention of Tron, Vashiron, Juri, Batsu, or Bahn from Oendan...are these just NPCs who talk for story, summon characters, newly added fighters.......WHAT ARE THEY!?????!!!

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

They're solo-characters I think. They might have been rival characters in the Japanese version or maybe it was changed later in development.

Either way, this list is a little erratic or incomplete, I'm not too sure on the actual cast myself since Wikipedia isn't always right, but Wikipedia mentions that Alisa is playable solo unit and that Astaroth is actually a rival character rather than part of the playable cast. Hrm.
