New Zelda: Skyward Sword Trailers on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The next chapter in the Legend of Zelda series is so close we can taste it on our lips. New trailers and footage awaits!

Nintendo is touting the Wii adventure Skyward Sword as the biggest in the 25 year series, outlining some of the significant aspects of games that are said to come after it in the Legend of Zelda timeline. The motion-controlled quest is also boasting a tonne of new gameplay mechanics and story developments outlined in the latest snippets of footage.

We must warn you that there are potential spoilers like protagonist Link actually being the evil lord Ganondorf in disguise. Shock...horror!

In one of the videos Link learns to use the sword. Slice, slice, chop, chop! Swing both the nunchuck and Wii Remote horizontally for the classic spin attack, with both vertically for a leap jab/finish.

Seriously, I will hate you and this site so much if you really made such a huge spoiler in just 6 words.

All I wanted to do on this page was post how I'm staying spoiler-free.

I'm going to be brutally honest with you. I read a similar story on spong.com two days ago, but the website has been told to take it down by Nintendo according to sources. A bit strange if you ask me.
