Haha, I almost had you and then you caught me with that super combo on one round. So close. I love Fei Long though, I hope you appreciated the Pink hot pants Yeah, the game plays a lot slower than you think it does, that was what made me slightly better. I'm not good by any means, I usually get trounced, though I've had more luck on 3DS than I have on Xbox. If your using an ultra combo, make sure your opponents defences are down as well, or just before they attack Play again later!

Well I sold Rayman yesterday for ��£26 from CEX. (��£11 profit!! ) Didn't buy another game as everywhere was selling them for ��£39.99 and I aint buying any 3DS for that price.

Instead I ordered Pilotwings online. I should get it tomorrow.

I took my 3DS into town with me and when I got home, I found that StreetPass had connected with 4 other 3DS owners! It's just a shame that nothing uses StreetPass well just yet.

Also, I'll be getting a replacement 3DS from Amazon so anyone who's added me will simply need to delete me from their friends list once I get my new one and I'll post up my new code.

The game saves are stored on the cartridge. Only "Extra Data" is stored on the system/SD card.

Yay, finally got my first streetpass hit! ^_^ Oddly was just an hour ago, on my way back from Japanese class, must have only passed a couple of people. O_o Shame you only get one use out of a streetpass in the MiiPlaza games though, I'm NEVER gonna finish either of them at this rate. XD And using coins to do it feels like cheating...

Says it ensures 20 hours of continuous gameplay (but it's said it voids the warranty cuz' you need to open up the console to replace the battery :/).

I doubt a battery with a capacity barely 40% higher than the regular one (1800 mAh against 1300) can multiply by 4 the console battery life. But I'm intrigued nonetheless. Can't wait to see tests for that stuff, especially if it comes at such an affordable price AND ends up being available in Europe

EDIT : It actually says only 1300mAh on the battery itself (but not on the packaging). So I smell some lies in the item description there .

And the fact that there are loads of typo's in the description for the product

I was just at Target with a few friends and we stumbled across a 3DS demo pod. I have to say, I'm not sure whether it's just that Pilotwings isn't very good or something - but that was extremely underwhelming. The 3D effect was confusing and didn't really do much for me - my eyes felt strained the entire time. I can only hope that it was something to do with the pod fixing the 3DS very low down so you have to bend to view it - because that was... very meh.

Without 3D on it was alright though.

Lol, they have them locked down? In game stores here in the UK, they let us use them without them being tethered/attached to something.

Yeah, its the fact that you can't find your own viewing angle which is straining your eyes. And also PilotWings is pretty boring, tried it out briefly. Samurai Warriors and Street Fighter is currently where its at

Considering the battery for the 3DS is slightly bigger, and a few years have passed, I'd bet that a, say... 2600mAh battery for 3DS isn't technically impossible, and it would double its battery life, which would be awesome. A manufacturer just needs to produce and mass-market it . I'm pretty sure it would sell heaps , and help boost the console even more.

EDIT : I DID find a 2000mAh battery for 3DS, which i'd be ready to bet allows for a 2 to 3 hours boost to the battery life :

Yeah I hope its just that game and the stupid viewing angle they set the pods up with. Would have been nice if they had it setup with Street Fighter.

Street Fighter uses it excellently - I got myself a level 8 Juri yesterday

Yeah, my experience was kinda similar. I think its mostly that Pilot Wings is completely devoid of any sort of "wow" factor. Really the wrong game to use to sell the system imo.

Best Buy has the system tethered, but you're free to move it about to get the full effect, so you might try there to get a better experience.
