4. The buyer warrants that it is authorised to place a booking for advertisments on Cubed3
5. Cubed3 reserves the right to request adverts to be edited or changed to fit with design specifications.
6. Specified prices are inclusive of VAT
7. In the resuit of downtime, an agreement and further arragements will be made in correspondance.
8. Cubed3 reserves the right to remove any adverts during the duration of the agreement period and shall contact the buyer with details.
