I don't know what the current convo is, but I like Sonic, I just felt like puting that out there. He is my main.

I find that the only way to play this game now these days is competitively. I use SmashBoards and I am currently ranked in the top 800 in the world. I play as Wario and Mario but looks to get his match ups better with other characters as well.

I don't want any comments telling me that Brawl isn't a competitive game. Those statements are basically opinions. Plus I have been all over the state and have met a lot of great people. I bet most of those "Brawl tournament haters" can't say the same with their game.

i traded this game in ages ago. i miss it

It is a competitive game but unbalanced characters and random tripping kind of take away some of the competitiveness.

But then you can't play online, which is one of the best things about the game. I also have the urge to play this game again.

The Wii's online capabilities suck hard. You show more skill playing offline. Sorry but online is terrible.

Yup. Mine and L's battles were insanely good and pretty lagless. They were really close too
Also Some hacks such as textures and music hacks are fine online, it's when you start adding moveset hacks it desyncs wifi.

Isn't jump just 'up' on the D-pad/analogue stick (depending on if you use the nun-chuck or not) like normal?

Either way, just use the Gamecube controller, it works fine!
