We should tag together online when we both get this game then Mush.
Sounds like a good idea to me.I really can't wait to see how the controller is used in the game. The example he gave of the motion tracker sounded great, I was actually thinking about that when I first saw the motion tracker in gameplay videos.
May I join?
Or heck if anyone gets Ghost Reckon: Online. search me up. ^^ I can't wait for that.
Also for the WiiU and Wii2 thing, I wonder if Nintendo is making Two different home consoles. one for the hardcore, and one for the family friendly. and a simpler version, while the Wii U will be the "elite version" of the 360.

I like the new position of the + and - buttons. Didn't make sense where they were before.
Wonder what that square is...
Would have preferred concave sticks, I find these too slippery.

Yeah, underneath the + pad.

Yeah, underneath the + pad.
The square underneath the D-pad looks like a design so that side of the controller doesn't look empty, the other square might have functionality, like a sync button or something.

It looks like a button, though too.
Also the look of the plugged in wire, looks like a 3DS charger (DSi).

The battery light is lit up orange which on other Nintendo systems would mean it's currently charging, so that grey cable on top could very well be for recharging the battery of the controller.
Btw the controller in the Rayman Legends leaked trailer isn't this one.

That could be because it's an old dev kit, Ubisoft said themselves that they hadn't got the final dev kit yet. They also make these kinds of trailers where they show what they want out of the game with a concept video (That's what the Legends trailer is), me and Echoes saw the ACIII concept trailer at the reveal event where they explained that kind of stuff.
Looks more like a cap to a port than a flush button. Hope it's for the Vitality sensor.
Comparison pics of new controller versus old controller concepts here:

Snug handles and triggers look to be on.
At first I thought one of the squares could be a backlight button, but doubt it since there's no convenient image icon.

More likely they were covering their bases due to not being sure if Nintendo were changing the name or not. It'll be the Wii2 in spirit no matter what its called, though with that new controller design I'd say they're sticking with the U name.
Edit; I like this mockup.
^^ That looks like the design of the original DS before it came out in a way.
Apparently a game version of the Anime FLCL(Fooly Cooly) is being developed for the Wii U (and 3DS).

Although I don't know what to believe at the moment. It screams fake, being posted on IMDB of all sites.

That's a thought, surely if one of the Pad's biggest features is to have the gameplay screen off the TV, then there should be a switch or function to enable or disable it. That's probably what the square along the bottom is for.

Yeah, actually that's a good idea.
Aaah smart, but will 1 button be enough? And wouldn't it be better handled within the game?
Let's say I play Aliens: Colonial Marines (which we all know is going to suck...). I first want to play with the TV and Upad together. So the pad has the radar.
Then I realize I'll run out of batteries soon. So I disable the screen of the pad, placing the radar on the TV.
Then my wife wants to watch the news. So I start playing with the Upad only.
That's 3 options. And I bet some games will offer even more screen combinations. And you choose those options with just 1 button?
It'll probably act like the Home Button on the WiiMote and bring up a submenu to list the available options. Or maybe the Home button on here will handle all of that, I'm just reaching here.
Bonus Round Nintendo E3 2012 Predictions
Anyone hear the prediction that the square on the left hand side could be a track pad? Seems pretty plausible as it doesn't look like a button and a lot of smartphones have trackpads nowadays. (Namely BlackBerry phones)
Not only that, the tablet controller seems to have gotten bigger, so it may be there to add easier control for the touchscreen when you're playing a game that requires quick-use of the touchscreen.
The square is just below the D-Pad, so I think this is likely what it could be. Then again, I'm probably wrong.

Sometimes, it makes me wonder why people even try to ask any gaming company, about games. XD A LOT of them always say No comment, or we don't comment on rumors or speculations.
