Marvel Vs Capcom 3 Rumour

Yeah, I mean I don't mind Roll but I always thought of Roll as a wasted opportunity in most of the fighting games to me anyway. I'd much prefer Roll from the legends series tbh. Her theme in TvC is freaking awesome though xD
Hopefully the majority of the information is true but even if it isn't the line-up of characters is pretty sweet already.

Producer Ryoto Niitsuma has answered a few questions...

I'm calling the leak fake. Why?

- Strider had already been confirmed not to be returning
- No Classic Roll = They're obviously full of shit.

Of course I've been wrong before, and they did say they'd think about Nick even after saying he wouldn't be in. Maybe they changed their minds about Strider too?

By the way, any more news on the possibility of Nick's inclusion yet?

They could go with the game without Roll in it. Not that I would like to see that, I am really hoping to see a game without her so it can make Classic Mega Man a lock. Why add the sister of the protagonist without adding the protagonist himself?

For a mainstream cross over game, it would be a dumb idea not to put the original Mega Man in. Hopefully, they can both be in but with limited spaces in the game, it will be tricky and would cause 12 year old X fanboys to whine.

New supposed "leaked" list. What do you think of this list?
I like seeing Mega Man and Elecktra in this list, but Carnage over Venom? lame.

So many team combinations I want in this game. Here is a list of a few of them.

Megaman/V.Joe/Deadpool (my top team)
Megaman/Tron Bonne/Spiderman (my MvC2 team)
Megaman/Chun Li/Felicia
Megaman/MODOK/Spencer
Megaman/Thor/C.America

Mixing these guys up is going to be awesome.

I hope they haven't replaced Venom with Carnage. Venom was one of my mains in MvC2 =(

Zero looks amazing and She-Hulk looks pretty decent. Loads of people complaining that Zero's broken >.>

I actually prefer the EU over the NA.

I find Zero to be pretty ridiculous as well. Hopefully they tone down the power of his level 3 but I'm sure he is combo crazy due to his terrible attack power.

God I can't wait for Mega Man to appear.

Update 1:

We are going to get a Special Edition in Europe, but it's content have yet to be finalized. What I do know is that it won't feature a steel covered artbook like the US version, although it will feature one.

Update 2:

It turns out both NA & EU are getting the same Adi Gronov designed cover, which is already being criticised by a substantial number of fans worldwide.

It's only the Special Edition which will have an alternative cover, which has yet to be determined.

His level 3 is only that strong because if you notice just after he did his level 1 he went into that red glow sorta mode which I think increases attack power. That's probably why it took so much.

I played this game at the mcm exop, it was sick. Plays exactly like TvC. Glad Zero is in it. I guessing it's pretty much confirmed that the original Mega Man is going to be in it since we've got one character from the X series and one from legends. That means the last character has to be from the original series and I hope it's not Roll. Even though I like her theme music. XD

I am glad that She-Hulk is going to be playable. She and Deadpool are going to be in one of my 3 teams. Spider-Man Captain America will be in there as well. The combos look a lot better for some of the characters than they did in the previous games. Counting the days for this release.

I don't like what I've heard about the DLC.

Why are they announcing DLC long before the game's release? Ffs Capcom, stop making me pay for things I've already bought.
We know this is all content that's already on the disc.

Exactly, it pisses me off when companies make you pay for content that's already on the disc. How dare they. They can suck Zero's mecha balls if they think I'm gonna pay for these characters.

DLC nowadays is getting to be rather annoying so I'll prolly only get the characters I really want. Thank god Zero ain't dlc otherwise I would rage xD

xD maybe but hopefully they'll just bring the original version out since they haven't brought a super version for any of the other vs games.

Capcom wouldn't do that with the MvC series, they're licensed to release one game only.

I will be getting it for PS3. Now I need to get myself a PS3

I'll probably get it for PS3 as well because the 360 controller is shit for fighting games.
