Marvel Vs Capcom 3 Rumour

Chun-Li - Street Fighter II, the only other confirmed SF character aside from Ryu so far.
Trish - Devil May Cry. I think this is a pretty odd addition myself.

Now for the more interesting stuff.

....Phoenix Wright, Emma Frost, Ghost Rider, Strider, Daredevil, Punisher, and Gene all confirmed NOT to be in the game. No Power Stone or Rival Schools characters either
..However Miles Edgeworth and Albert Wesker are strongly hinted at. And if that wasn't enough...

- Phoenix's moveset for TvC was pretty much finished, he even had official art for the game
- The director of Okamiden, has stated that he's a big fan of Phoenix Wright, and will bug the MvC3 director to have him added
- MvC3's director has said he MIGHT put in Phoenix for the fans, however it's nothing more than a maybe at this point, so we shouldn't get our hopes up
- Those who want him in should make their voices heard. Capcom wants to see demand for him.

Now on the gameplay side of things...
- Despite earlier interviews, the team is working really hard on balance, because they know how the fans feel about the terrible imbalance of MvC2
- Each character will apparently have "amazing endings"
- Ammy won't get her own stage, she barely made it through to become a playable character
- Character themes will return
- They've done their best to make Ammy's gameplay work, despite her form.

I think that's about it for now. One last thing I heard is that it's confirmed to have more characters than SSFIV, meaning since each side needs an even amount of characters we can expect atleast 36 characters. It may even be that number exactly.

Looks fukken brilliant. I squee every time I see Ammy in action. She looks so great to use kjsfhadskfshldjfhadj.

Oh by the way.

She-Hulk and Silver Surfer were confirmed today.

The trailers certainly are awesome but I really wanna find out which megaman will be put in. I get the feeling they'll put classic megaman in, but I really hope I'm wrong.

I squealed like a little girl when I saw the Joe and Ammy sequence~

I hope original Mega Man makes it back!

I mean I won't be to pissed off if classic megaman is back but I want some of the others to get a chance like X, EXE or even Zero from the zero series.
Classic roll will probably still be playable also >.<

no they don't really suck they just why won't they put Leon in it T_T

Leon and Claire would have been my choices of RE characters but ah well. Chris and Wesker seem like pretty good choices overall and I'll definitely be maining them

this game look epic. that's all i can say, it really has me speechless. Anywho i can't wait to play as Wesker and have an English speaking Joe (not saying Joe's voice actor in TvC was bad I just preferred the English dub) also i'm looking foreword to the other characters they announce and, WHY HAVEN'T THEY ANNOUNCED MEGAMAN YET!

This is apparently the full list. I don't see Mega Man at least Akuma and Zero are in it. The list isn't official though so it could change.

I know what you mean about Joe. His English VA is a lot better than his Japanese one. I wonder if he will have the same move set as he had in TvC. I would like to have normal Joe and then one of his special moves was to say "Henshin agogo baby" and then turn into Viewtiful Joe. That would be epic.

Just found out that Spiderman is in the game. Ohhh, man this makes my day. I am really pleased that he is in it. His move set is similar to what they were like in MvC 2 but they have been revamped, and boy do they look better. Now all we need is Venom and my Marvel roster will be complete.

Stick the word "leak" in and anyone will believe it. I'm pretty sure there will be a MegaMan of some form, especially since Roll is a shoe-in.

Also, about SpiderMan, this is the surprise inclusion of the decade fo sho.
I saw the trailer and as soon as I saw him beating up Ammy I broke my laptop screen in anger.

The game is looking great! Comic Con New York will probably where we see Mega Man. It will sadden me if there is only Tron Bonne and an X rep only. We need Mega Man from the original games

X was apparently deconfirmed quite a while back. At this rate it'll prolly be classic mega in which is a shame cause he's been used before in MvC2 and I'd like others to get a chance. Hopefully Zero will get in though.

Every form of Mega Man has been used in a fighting game at least once. It's not just Classic hogging the spot light.

The only two I believe who was not put in a fighting game is Geo from Star Force and X.

Zero would be cool but Vile would be even cooler.
