They get someone who constantly DCs halfway through depositing a pokemon on GTS?

Finally got to try the GTS and...

it's a shambles.

I look for a level 9 and under Machop, the three people pop up through the floor. Each one wants a pokemon at level 100. Are you kidding me? A level 9 Machop for a level 100 Mantine. Bugger off.

At the start GTS was good - i traded my Dialga 62 for a Palkia 67 which i thought was pretty fair. And did loads of other fair trades..now theres noone who wants a fair trade.

Yup, just like this guy who wanted to trade his Level 100 Mew for a Level 9 and under Gyarados!

i even see people that have lv 15 gible(the lv that you catch them at), that want lv 100 stuff. it makes no sense, i could just catch one if i wanted to

i dont look in there,i just deposite a pokemon for a week.if it isnt traded in a week,i guess it wasnt a fair trade.then try with someone else or ask for someone else.

well whats happening now is that everyone is either cloning or just plain stupid, and when you are looking for a pokemon, they ask for something that is 20 times better than what they have

Is it just me or do some people put up the most retared trades on GTS? I mean I saw a Lv100 shiny Deoxys up for trade that person wanted a Lv100 Rattata.WTF!

its probably cuz they're cloning, they make an impossible offer so that there is no way their pokemon cant be traded off while cloning

i think since there is so much already being monitored on GTS..that the trades that have been up for about 2 or more weeks should just be given back to the offerer

GTS is great if you use it right. It's best for looking for legies. If you want a Mew, then look for one with all the different levels you can, & you may come across a goldmine, such as a lvl 50> Gyarados for a Mew (I got that) even though most of them aren't legit.

Also, you can get anything off GTS, just put a Pok

If i were you i'd use kingdra instead of manaphy its not classed as a legendary so you can use it on wifi - though manaphy is better its not that great among other legends.

And i can trade you a level 10 magicarp for my level 47 shiny palkia?(or a non EV'ed lvl 100 one)

Maybe when I get further in the game, I still havn't started. & I'm not thinking of using Manaphy for the tourney or anything.

Legies are usable in PBR

and a question for Superlink:
How can you tell if a Pokemon is legit, besides the level it was caught on, for example: my Level 61 Raikou with PKRS?

Hacked pokemon can have PKRS that never goes away.
Hacked pokemon will turn into bad eggs on PBR.

And legends are allowed on wifi but most people call them the n00b way to fight (because their stats are so much higher than normal pokemon) and ban them.

Yeah, this Raikou this guy traded me has PKRS, when should it go away?

And the only legies I use are Groudon and Kyogre, I'm a big fan of weather effect battling.

I also agree that Strong Sunlight should cancel Frozen Status and Rain should cancel Burn Status!
