Love it when Rudy gets decked. Even in the vids where he's quiet, all I hear is "NNNGGGH!!" when he gets hit or falls off lool. Had a good laugh when I've decked him myself a few times and hear that outcry XD

What can I say XD? I'm like that no matter what game I'm playing XD. Talking to myself even .

It really is quite funny when everybody else just throws around f-bombs and various other insults instead. I have similar reactions every now and then on my own but more often than not I'm just talking to (and insulting) myself for sucking at whatever game, in an attempt to increase my skills and concentration. Works most of the time, too.

Rudy, are you not able to upload in HD 720p or 1080p to YouTube? 360p isn't too bad for these vids, but when MK8 rolls around, it would be great to get HD.

I can't CAPTURE in 720 or 1080p with my equipment, that's why I don't upload any higher. I capture in 480i for the record, so there's no reason for me to encode the final video in any higher resolution, it won't look any better. These (maybe not all if for some reason the 480p option doesn't show up in some the vids for some obscure Youtube reason ) are turned into 480p by Youtube.

So unless someone is willing to offer me the €150+ hardware to capture at those resolutions, I won't be able to .

I'll organise a Rudy Charity Fund for C3ers to chip in so that you can buy a proper HD recorder.

It's just that even with the advent of 4K, Full HD capture devices are still ridiculously expensive and that's too much money for me to shell out at once for something that I ultimately won't end up using that much, other than for C3 stuff. Not really worth the investment at the price that they still sell now.

Am back! Sorry I missed Sunday's MK session. I sliced my finger pretty badly and had to go to the A&E when it wouldn't stop bleeding :/ Put me in a bad mood all week so I've stayed away from online spaces. Getting both Wind Waker HD and Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD yesterday completely cheered me up!

What's everyone looking like for another get-together for next weekend? Or do people prefer the week after?

I would prefer a Friday or Saturday night when it comes to the recording sesh, but I will make time for any day.

I think Friday would probably be better for me, maybe Sunday - but I don't think I'd be able to commit to all three days!

Will try to upload these videos asap - am struggling to download Rudy's footage as my net keeps struggling from time to time.

Rudy - dammit! If I had known - my local games shop had the same recorder I use (HDpvr - 720p max, component/composite only) for a proper bargain price of £40 - I paid £65 for mine used on eBay.

The HD PVR2 does support HDMI as well - I may try to apply for sponsorship to try and grab hold of one.

Any time is fine with me, as usual.

On the reverse side Jorge, if you can't download but can upload yours (dunno how sizeable that would be) we could do the reverse thing and I can try to edit?

About the recorder, I'm short on money right now so wouldn't have been able to purchase one, but next time you see such a bargain, let me know, and if I got the Gald/Zeni/Gil or whatever currency they ask for, I might take the plunge ^^.

Lol - was just the one, second hand, but that price was insane for the recorder! Will try downloading again Rudy - my internet has been terrible over the last week or so

I think Saturday isn't certain for jb, and I might be tied up myself, so I don't know for sure yet. Sunday should be fine, but will have to see closer the time for both really.
