I have to say, I probably sounded way too harsh on Rayman Origins for the 3DS and I guess I was being picky. It's still good, but I did notice those problems though and it's obviously not the superior versions because of that.
The 3D does look nice, as well.
It definitely has issues on the evidence of the demo, I don't think controls as well as it should. The second episode on the demo should be easy enough to complete, but the controls make it difficult to perform deft jumps.
I'm still hoping for a 3DS revision at E3.

Yeah, I agree on that. I think it might be partly to do with the slow down in places, maybe the controls lag a bit?
I just really want people to experience it in the best way possible, because it's such a fantastic game (though obviously everyone's entitled to buy it on any console they want). Playing it on 3DS just didn't feel as good to me.

Dynasty Warriors VS isn't comming to EITHER of our territories...T_T
A shame too since the inclusion of Samus, Link & Ninja Gaiden characters were enough to make me buy a new DW game after being bored with it since the 3rd entry back on ps2. What's worse is no "real reason" was given as to why it isn't comming over, they just flat out said "nope you ain't gettin it" in a tweet from their sales rep.

YEEAAHAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!! I'd love to see a continuation of Soma Cruz's story though, it's so interesting having HIM be Dracula contained AND it gives the series a chance to breath & fight original NEW main bosses instead of the dusty old blood sucker we've all love to hate. So mo news yet on what the cross connection content will be between 3DS & Wii U versions? I hope they keep using the art style from Order of Eclecia. Everyone loved it & it was VERY well recieved.
Woo!

So I guess this is the "5:00pm Nintendo Game!! (TBA)" that's in IGN's schedule? The avatar of the twitter account looks exactly like the girl from Bravely Default: Flying Fairy for the 3DS. Coincidence? I think it's most likely they're announcing its localisation under a new name. "Official North American Twitter account for VALIANT SAGA: FINAL FANTASY." Final Fantasy as a subtitle is very suspicious too.
Comes up on mine as Pikmin 3 (still TBD).

Namco PR
I sent a short complaint email to their UK offices, hopefully it wont happen again at any of their PR sources.
Ha, just noticed the Heroes of Ruin demo on 3D eShop.
edit:
I'm not keen on it. I'm looking forward to seeing KHDDD on the demo section soon, as well as Lego Batman 2.

Luigi's Mansion 2 look like it's coming on nicely, it'll be cool to play this around Christmas. Good sound quality on this video.
Has anyone else here already played the Heroes of Ruin demo on the eShop? I was slightly interested before but now I'm pretty much sold on it after experiencing the online multiplayer, where its strength clearly lies. It does have a generic look to it and certainly doesn't do anything groundbreakingly new for the genre but the gameplay is very solid and the multiplayer focus and other neat features such as daily missions on Spotpass make it stand out. It has voice-chat too, which other 3DS online games like RE: Revelations didn't have for some reason.
Anyone else here considering it? Would be a blast to get a few C3 raids going on it.

Wow, that's great to hear. I wasn't fond of the demo, I found it all very dull, but then I couldn't get online.
It's great to hear that it has voice chat, I had no idea, I had assumed it used text only. This is a positive step for 3DS.

If you're going to get it, then I have no choice but to get it. I've already preordered it. Like you said, it has a generic look, but it's one of those generic RPGs that if you look past that, it's actually an amazing game. Daily missions is something that really interests me. I don't even think any console RPG has daily missions (correct me if I'm wrong) so this seems like a new thing.
I presume it uses the 3DS mic for voice chat?
From experience using it for recording videos and sounds clips, it always seems very quiet and the sound quality isn't so good. Are there any headsets available for the 3DS?

There are a couple already available, Google and you'll see a few pics.
I didn't notice this at the time, but it appears a rumour suggests an official one is due out, with the launch of this game:

Once Animal Crossing is confirmed to have VC, that's when I'll buy one.
This weeks eShop releases...
3DS Virtual Console
Sonic Blast (Game Gear, SEGA, £4.50/€5) " Sonic's last adventure on Game Gear (in Japan it was the last commercially released Game Gear game full-stop), its rendered environments didn't look great at the time and probably haven't dated well. We'll have a full review for you soon.
3DS Download Software
Samurai Sword Destiny (UFO Interactive, £5.40/€6) " Sadly not the samurai game we were all hoping for, UFO's eShop adventure is a below-par side-scrolling slasher, as our Samurai Sword Destiny review elaborates.
DSiWare
Art of Ink (Sabarasa, 800pts) " Out in North America for over a year now, we'd hoped Sabarasa's quirky tattooing game would reach Europe with a price drop but alas. The good news is it's actually very good: our Art of Ink review should fill in the gaps for you.
Nothing on Wii...

Christian Svennson Capcom VP:
MH remains a crucial franchise for Capcom globally, however any announcements that would happen with it would be lead in Japan given the particular power it has in that territory. I know it's hard to be patient but please bare with us.
