Yeah I know but I can only find like 5-15 minute clips it's really annoying because the opening five minutes were really cool.

I\'ve seen the directors cut. It\'s lame, there\'s very little that isn\'t in the main series. The bit\'s that are new actually tend to contradict the main series...sooo...not great.
The intro is pretty much the only new thing anyway.
I've started watching Elfen Lied.. I watched the first two episodes ages ago but then stopped. So i've started again and currently up to episode 4.
It's a good series.
I watch them at this site: http://www.elfen-lied-tv.com/
Double Post:
I need some advice. I want to get into Ghost in the Shell but I don't know where to start.. with the manga (is it a series or one off book?) the anime (I think theres a few different versions) or the movie(s) (again I think theres 2-3 of them).
Many thanks
I saw a few episodes of the series and thought it was dull and overrated...
So if you wanna get into GitS (lol) I don't reccommend the Anime series
For a while now I've been wanting to get into another Anime show; I think too much YuGiOh isn't good for anybody.
So after a brief trip to Wikipedia for a brief story-beginning-synopsis, I typed into Youtube, 'Episode 1- Death Note'.
Brilliant stuff. The Mind-games, mental irregularity of L and Light, and the prefect pacing just keep me watching. I'm up to episode 11 now.
Death Note is bloody brilliant, but good grief, don\'t watch it on YouTube...I dunno how people can do that. >_< If you have to stream, use Veoh, otherwise just download it...the video quality is horrendous otherwise...
I just finished watching Samurai Champloo. Was alright.
Also watched School Rumble recently. Awesome. XD Can\'t find much of the second season subbed though.
Yeah I too have been faced with too many people who watch stuff on YouTube. It's such a waste of your short life! Download it.
Or better yet, buy it.
a new anime that so good is Soul Eater best new anime i see last one was death note
I've recently watched all of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z (subbed, and not GT), and I'm currently watching Gintama.
I've heard alot about Soul Eater I may look into it, although I have so many others to watch first.

this need to be top XD if u see alot of the animes
A question for you guys, particulalry Saundercowie, as I'm not the biggest Anime/Manga fan: are the Death Note Live Action films any good? They look interesting but I hate western live action comic adaptions (with few exceptions).
And has anyone read the Battle Royale manga? I love the first film and the novel, not so much the second film though. I saw the Ultimate Edition manga in a local bookshop but they didn't have the first volume so I didn't bother with the others.
well lets see i've only watched a couple of anime and i mainly stick to normal tv shows but at the moment i've seen;
Naruto Anime up to Chasing Sasuke arc
Naruto Manga up to Chapter 429 (PAIN)
Bleach Anime up to midpoint Soul Society arc
Bleach Manga up to Chapter 260 (Orihime Retrieval Arc)
DB, DBZ, GBGT everything
Death Note everything
Trigun everything
Not sure if this is considered anime, but its damn good
Avatar: The Last Airbender everything.

I've seen about 15 minutes of the first Death Note movie, then just bits and pieces. I doubt it's that good but passable.
Avatar: The Last Airbender everything.
Currently watching Zatch Bell, M("A" with Diaeresis)R, and the usual stuff.
Finished Death Note, most of DBZ+GT, Paranoia Agent, Pokemon(Not watching newest seasons though :p), and some other stuff I watched years ago some of which I actually remember O_O.

Edit: that was awesome
( Edited 24.12.2008 08:17 by mage_mccloud )Been trying a lot of new ones lately. As in, new to me.
Azumanga Daioh: what the heck have I gotten myself into?
Shuffle!: actually pretty entertaining and humorous, and I could get into it.
Love Hina: I'll probably watch more of this.
Gonna try out this one called Itazura na Kiss and then Lovely Complex. I'm in such a romantic mood I guess.
However, I'm going to need something with action and humor after finishing Gurren Lagann.
I am just starting to watch Azumanga Daioh, probably another series i'll watch start-to within a week or so.
I am currently watching Yu-gi-oh and I am up to episode 136. Also downloading Bomberman Jetters. Watching episode 4.
I've started Azumanga Daioh properly now, very funny series. Then i've been slowly re-watching Death Note.
Try watching Time of Eve, quite a peculiar and interesting anime. Very nice animation also, too bad it comes out bi-monthly.
I've been watching lots of Digimon lately. Further in the first series gets really good, and I missed most of it so it's not just nostalgia driven xD
But my favourite series has to be Tamers. I keep craving to watch more but I'm gonna wait 'till I've finished watching the original series.
Greatly considering downloading Gurren Lagann ASAP. Anyone got any info on possible DVD releases?

There might be some on Up1 but they will be USA coding. I have no idea when it will be released in the UK if ever.
