@Stulaw: Sweet purchases right there! Which one are you going to play first?

Oh Tales of Graces f I think, I love the Tales Series and once I start playing them, I usually can't stop myself, so it's a good option to have with my first couple of weeks back at Uni not being so intense.

@ SuperLink, where'd you get the Limited edition Madoka set?

Tales of Graces f is an excellent choice, though I loved FFXIII-2 as well. I'm like 45 hours into ToG f now and it's most likely going to end up being my favourite Tales so far. The battle system is so much fun, it's making earlier ones from Abyss and both Symphonia's look like a joke in comparison. Needless to say, you're in for a real treat! Smilie

Put almost 150 hours into Graces since I got it! Long as hell game with an amazing battle system, one of the best Tales games I've ever played for sure, unsure if it beats Vesperia (Vesperia wins in characters/plot Smilie )

Ordered 'em from a site that do imports called up1.co.uk. They're reliable despite how the site looks! Unfortunately the limited editions are expensive as fuck most of the time.

This is gaming related:

I bought a 42" Philips LED TV. Type: 42PFL3507H/12.
It was only €409 incl. shipping.

It's a bit weird... ordering a TV you haven't even seen in stores (because it's a slightly older model, no stores had them).
It will arrive tomorrow, my first HD tv! Smilie

Woah, a week early. Does it have local split screen co-op like 5?

Not been able to play it yet since I sent my 360 and 360 games over to my house already (moving house for term time)
But yeah I'm pretty certain it does! Otherwise I'll probably never even play it lmao.

Novation MlkII, the 61 key version. Great build quality, great value for money! Smilie

Just ordered this for a tenner on The Games Collection website, have heard good things about it and have longed for a decent portable wrestler for a long time.

SvR2006 on PSP certainly didn't work out too well. Smilie

2500 MS points. Will probably get Battlefield 3 Premium as its on sale.

These came today, they look much better and more gold in person. They're awesome and don't feel cheap.

Mine also came today, I can also say the same things you said about them. They're great for a free bonus for buying the 3 games.

I recently bought myself a pretty decent Gaming PC for €800 and a 23 inch FUJITSU 1920x1080 monitor for €120 to go along with it. I also got Borderlands 2 on Steam for free in the process. If anyone's interested in what my PC is boasting and whatnot, I wrote a blog about it yesterday.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of War

Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon

Nice, I like the colour too. Does the adaptor that allows it to play NES have portability, does it attach and remain on the device?. How does that d-pad feel also?

Can't say yet since I'm still waiting for it, but I checked quite a lot of reviews before I ordered it. I can say the NES adapter doesn't remain attached to it. It offers the best battery life (up to 10 hours according to the more optimistic reports. At least 6 hours according to the more pessimistic) and the best compatibility with original SNES cartridges. Some NES titles using specific MMC chips don't work though, like castlevania III (uses MMC5 I think). Some NES titles have sound issues too. That being said, I doubt I'll be playing NES games with it on the go, since the adapter + a NES cartridge plugged in makes it ridiculously tall.

Seems like all SA-1 titles tested on it work without any flaws, and it doesn't trigger Earthbound's AP countermeasures like other hardware clones do. But the D-pad is reported to be the kind that you can press all four directions at the same time with, if you press it in the middle, which might make it not so suitable for fighting games. However it does come with a detachable adapter that adds two genuine SNES controller ports, and the system comes with the two best clone SNES controllers ever made (reportedly, the D-Pad on those is even better than the original SNES one).

Doubt I'll regret purchasing this.
