I highly recommend Borderlands from the Steam Sale.

Thanks Square-Enix! Smilie

New Art Academy will probably be the next 3DS game I get now. Will be downloading it though. Still, 3DS XL next week! Smilie

Same as Rudy, I couldn't resist in the end.

IT'S ARRIVED !

I had to try it out on a couple games, tonight. Clearly, the stick on this thing is much more sensitive. Trying to pinpoint a distant target with the pistol in Jet Force Gemini wasn't easy at first. But the added sensitivity turned out a major ally on other games, like Pilotwings 64, where the accuracy is crucial. I must also say that it felt super comfortable playing Sin & Punishment Smilie. Banjo-Kazooie also felt super comfortable to play.

However... I couldn't get my transfer pak to work with it on Pokémon Stadium 2 :/. That being said, I wouldn't want to play a D-Pad exclusive title like Pokémon Stadium with anyway, given the position and size of the D-Pad.

My unofficial controller pak had some troubles too. I could load my save files on Mystical Ninja, but not save for some reason... I couldn't tell if it comes from my specific controller (like a malfunction), the model itself being built to not recognize some controller paks not manufactured by Nintendo, the specific model of controller pak I use which has memory bank selector switches on it, causing the incompatibility with the new circuitry, or something else entirely.

My rumble pak works flawlessly though. All in all, I don't regret my purchase anyway.

Those have pretty poor quality if I remember rightly.

I bought a 32GB Micro SD card for me phone. I can have my music back now!

Gonna put these down because I've already paid for the preorders on shopto.

SteelSeries Siberia V2 Blue £64 PC Headset.

@RudyC3

It's not actually an Ecap model, it's a DC60+ variant:

Wanted a tablet for a while, but not something that would break the bank or that would be as restricting as apple.

I've just bought myself Dementium II. Finished it pretty quickly, but it's a good game, better than the first.

Attempts...

What format do you encode to before uploading to Youtube ? I can never quite decide what format to choose to get the best results... What capturing software did you use also ?

MPEG4 using ArcSoftShowBiz (annoying as it wont allow me to upload videos longer than 10mins despite the fact my YT account is privileged to do so), then I convert to AVI and edit using VideoPad, which has a HQ Youtube setting. The quality seems to maintain itself:

I'm still fiddling about with typical settings to find the best results. I think those earlier vids I posted were a touch too sharp.

Latest cap. I'm going to cap some Last Blade on Wii tomorrow.

I got ArcSoftShowBiz with the first capture device I bought (which I found out only after I bought it, to my great deception, was not compatible with Pal60), and always recorded with that one, but it doesn't have a 16:9 option apparently (not the version I have anyway).

Never heard of Videopad though, is it free?

Cubed3 Limited Staff :: Review and Feature Writer

VideoPad is available on Cnet's Download.com, the free version is great but some encoder options are off limits. It's easy to use.

An adapter for N64 and Gamecube controllers to USB. I made sure I got a model compatible with my new Hori Minipad 64 as well as the Wavebird (should make playing some PC games and emulating N64 games on my PC much more comfortable from now on ^^)

A 500GB external drive for my Wii, since the old one broke and especially since now I can also play Gamecube games from a HDD ^^.

Oh and now I got this off Play-Asia

Was only US$27.69, which was good considering how it tends to be overpriced ^^.

Cubed3 Limited Staff :: Review and Feature Writer

Just got one of these for my XL, hoping its as useful as the 3DS Executive Case was. ^^
