The place here is very good. I can find lots of good things here.
Also another site is good too.which have lots of electronics, MP4 Players
I know another site too, that sells SPAM. It\'s quite good.
Good games last night everyone, it was good fun. I played with J and quite a few others for a bit, then I went into LS\'s game and played a couple if NGamers and Shipton, was good fun.
I\'m off to play online now with a few on the Chat Room.
( Edited 14.04.2008 12:09 by Marzy )Grrr more arse holes using that glitch in time trial. Cunts.
I thought they'd blocked the glitch by making your time's invalid if you leave your kart still for a long period of time?
I suppose if that was true you can drive round in circles for 90 minutes until it resets, but really what's the point. Everybody can download your ghost and see you're a knob, why broadcast it?
Yeah it's kind of a shame as the time trials are pretty fun this time around.
I just stick with the friends leaderboard most of the time though, if anyone starts that crap your deleted!
Yeh I was pissed off that Coconut Mall was glitched cos I love that level. Want a chance at top spot lol.
Way too many randomers on chat yesterday, I couldn't keep up.
LS, was that Andy(KS), the one who does the art for the magazine?
What's this about a glitch? There are some near impossible Staff Ghosts, so maybe they want us to use it...? Only kidding.
Nah it's a really obvious one, you go around one lap then stop, turn around and sit there. Think it registers you doing 3 laps when you only do 1.
Great news, it deserves to be there totally.
Marzy, that first and second game was LOL worthy, both the same level because they were not happy I won. I saved that Bullet Bill for ages confidently chosing the greatest moment , I came very close to winning the second one, but you got me back in vicious style. Believe it or not that was the first time I used the Blooper, I had just unlocked it automatically it when I logged on. Bowser 64 earlier was fun also
Seems I'm pretty good though the GP mode can sometimes drive me to insanity. Like one time, I came 10-12 in first 2 matches, and quit, and the next time I tried, I finished in first place every single match. WTF? Truly it is a game of pure luck, through & through.
I've unlocked almost every character, except Baby Daisy, Bowser Jr & Bowser Bones. I also dunno how to get the other Mii costumes...
And does anyone else feel determined to keep trying at Time Trials until they have beaten everything? I've beaten all the Staff Ghosts, and 2 expert Staff Ghosts, and for those 2, I physically couldn't give up until I'd beaten them...
The expert Staff Ghosts are great for teaching you the best tracks through a course.
Hey guys! my first post in this particular topic. Never felt the need before because i didn't have the game. I knew MK (not mortal kombat, obviously) was coming out this friday. But after Mario Galaxy was released and was nowhere near sold out i thought i would wait til i was ready to pick it up, which was yesterday (Monday) & to my surprise it was sold out everywhere :O I couldn't believe it. I'm used to hearing about sell outs of games and Wii's everywhere but its never been anywhere near me. I can't walk past a gamestation without seeing a big stock of Wii's so i was gobsmacked.
Anyway i just found it online at Dixons. Well my friend did. It was the only place that said they had it in stock. Takes 5 working days for free standard delivery, so if there was anybody like me who couldn't find it anywhere theres ya chance (type the code MK10) you'll get 10% discount aswell 8).
so heres my notice that i will be shortly adding everybody on here and look forward to the MKMadness!
Topguy4, might be worth checking supermarkets. Loads of the game in them near me! Will soon put my friend code up and join in on a few races with you guys.

There is a lot of rubber banding in the game that means that happens often. Complete beginners to MK can win if the right circumstances take place, even if you are racing a great race. No longer will leading a race while getting your race lines bear fruit totally, this really is a game about pure luck at times.
Nintendo have thrown in too many variables to help younger players and have reduced genuine competition. It was always going to happen with this game, but it does still remain a very fun game online
EDIT: Yes Graig, the magazine\'s Art Director.
( Edited 17.04.2008 08:32 by Linkyshinks )Well said LS, thats exactly y i dislike the game. Rubberband Ai and luck in one? FAIL!!! Makes Dry Bowser impossible, especially as hes the only one I need.
I had a feeling a while back that they were going to do this so it has not been a blow to me at all. As you may or may not know online is excellent fun, even if the weapons distribution sucks balls at times.
I have just had to delete many people off my roster, 30 slots is not enough. From now on I am only adding close friends and seasoned forum members, especially now that the US is getting the game next week and I only have six slots left.
That's what I tend to do with my WiFi games from the beginning. It's hard to turn people away, but I only add forum regulars. I've been doing it for pretty much all my WiFi games.
Funnilly enough, Mario Kart DS is home to the biggest friend roster in any of my games. It's a shame how short lived some games are. The really sad thing is, people will be getting bored of Brawl eventually, and thanks to my god damn AS Level coursework I've hardly been able to play anyone, the same goes for MKWii and Pokmon.
A week to go for us Aussies.
So, is Mario Kart Wii Online Broken?
Ryan T-
\"Half the time people blame the \"random element\" it\'s because they had a shite race rather than anything else.
The weapons, and the fact that someone can pull up from last to first has always been a big part and point of the series. Seriously, no rubber banding is as bad as it was in MK64, never.
It\'s not broken, it\'s exactly how it should be, basically.\"
I replied, do you have the game?
I feel it can be a bit fake at times, but there is still a lot of skill involved and tactics that can be used with the weapons.
The Cloud seems to be the fakest weapon on the game, I feel it's far worse then the Blue Shell.
It's just a bit of fun really though.
Nope, I don't. But I always find it incredibly odd when people go on about skill and snaking and the like, when again, half the point of Mario Kart has always been the unpredictablablablablableness, and a fair bit of the fun comes from it.
You can also use the weapons skilfully anyway. Deploying green/red shells at the right time, boosting round the right corners, etc.
