Nintendo's top 3 IPs are the top 3 games:

But managing to beat ocarina of time...thats crazy.

31 stars in, over a quarter of the way through in terms of star count. Smilie I've still not cracked into bunches of the galaxies I have unlocked though, as I've been going through and getting everything I can get out of the ones I've been in before moving on, including the comet-modified levels.

It's good, but it's still not as good as Ocarina of Time (Ocarina deserves that top spot still).

I'm 56 stars in and nearly completed the story game, but I'll have my work cut out trying to get the other reaming stars afterwards.

This game is why Nintendo are still the best at videogames. Smilie

Finito! :-d, still 120 to get though.. I have get Luigu. Lovely ending, what a amazing game Smilie

I don't think we'll know for another decade or so - if it plays as well then as it does now, then maybe it does. Otherwise, no it's probably not quite. Smilie

I'm on 27 stars now.

I thought the ending kinda sucked.
Oh well, 63 down, 57 to go. Smilie

Wow... I can't believe anything could even top OoT...

Basically Super Mario Galaxy is thre greatest game of all time. It's not the same as playing OoT for the first time, but nothing will ever be like that again, possibly. Personally I don't disagree, I've got 41 Stars. I'm loving every minute.

I'm only on the Kitchen dome, but I've been stopping myself from going further in the game until I get every star from the Galaxy I'm in, I'll even try to get every secret star & every secret galaxy possible too.

But I've nearly finished the Kitchen Galaxy. I don't want it to end, but it's so much fun, I can see the replay value being excellent too. Obviously it is if it turned out the be the GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME

I can't believe some of you have finished the story already! Have you just been charging through? I'm only about halfway through it, how have you been resisting playing all the new challenges for the galaxies that are getting unlocked and just moving on and playing the story-advancing levels? I've been lapping up everything the game's been giving me as it's getting unlocked!

I've done what you have Mason, completing each level fully before moving on snd I'm on 50 stars already. Granted, I'm currently in the Bedroom dome. It's just so addictive.

Oh yeah, also, everyone should look forward to Gusty Garden Galaxy and it's supreme music!

So I beat the game (beat bowser the last time) and got up to 65 stars. The purple coin comets are awesome.

Still a 10/10 for me, only 50 stars in.

So famitsu rates Nintendogs and FF12 40/40 but only gives 38 for galaxy...

They have gone crazy.(We can confirm they've gone crazy now that other reviews are out giving it much higer scores)

They're Famitsu, and they're Japanese.

Some of these stars are gonna take a while, one is currently driving me kerazy Smilie. Having Luigi will make this game last even longer I think, also it will make some of the levels even more cool.

Over 40 stars now, just done Gusty Garden and still getting as much out of each galaxy as possible before moving on. Smilie

This thread is rather empty... I'm wondering why. We must all be addicted to the game.

Alas, the only reason I'm posting now, is because my bro is playing it, don't want to deny him the right to play the "greatest game ever made

Mario Galaxy just got another 100% raising its average even higher to 97.9...Best game ever by quite a margin now!

Just finished the game with 120 stars and I've gotta say, it's definitely one of the best, most enjoyable games I've played for years! Took about 24 hours all-in-all. Can't wait to play through it again. The only issue I've got with the game is that it's a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Smilie Galaxy seems to be longer, more fun to play, have (better) music and is more replayabale thasn Bioshock. Well I never.

Nabbed the Gusty Garden theme off Marzy since it's the best music in the game.

Looks awesome, I can't justify buying a Wii for just this game tho.

No Longer Temporarily Banned.

He must host that for mwa, I need that track!.

I just had to youtube that song out of curiosity and I must say, IT IS BRILLIANT.

I wants the OST asap.

There're a couple of unofficial ones floating about (probably findable on Google), and the full, official one will probably be ripped when somebody from Club Nintendo Japan receives it and rips it. 81 tracks on it I think I read...
