Man after my own heart! Throwing all weapons is much more fun than swinging them, beam sword was better.
I <3 the beam sword. But I still played with items disabled. Unless we were playing Super Sudden death with 99 stock and bobombs on high!

Well todays update brings us a new stage, and some interesting info as to what we can expect with the levels in Brawl. Today the stage Delfino Plaza from Super Mario Sunshine was revealed.
The interesting peice of information revealed is that you are on a stage that flies around the island and you get dropped off at various places before flying off again, similar to the F Zero course in Melle then.
Pretty cool I think. This will deffinatley add some variation to the fights, especially if each area has its own unique character. Good update
7/10
looks like a very cool stage and nothing gives it away as unfair so far.
Yes, throwing items was the best, especially after you learned to drop and catch them with Z. The new items look reasonable but not particularly special to me

i always used the C Button to throw items
There is not C button
It looks good; nothing special tho like the rotating metroid level. That was fucking genius that level. So simple; but so much fun.

I think he means the "C stick" you know the big yellow sitck on the GC pad... anyway yeah i usualy use that to throw itmes aswell instead of the "Z" button!
And this stage is exactly like F-Zero Mute City, where the floating platform appears on the floor and you move around the course! This seems exactly like that... just that this isnt FZero...

I never use items, except for Pok
If you think that Mario is swift, wait until you come up against my shiek

I usually use Falco more... but Mario is pretty good if you know how to use him! and SHEIK is gayyy!! lol
I'm surprised that no one mentioned that they're going to use Kirby.
I wonder what the default setting for matches will be (online). Certain items for certain stages?
Can't wait for cheating tossers, hoperfully there'll be a way to ban players who exploit god mode hacks, but I'm not holding my breath. And the ones who'll give themselves a Smash powerup before it even spawns on the map.
SKILLZ

{Guild}Ohmdal: But how did you get the poo inside of the box when the goat was sleeping on top of it?
{Guild}Ohmdal: oops wrong chat
Probably because Kirby is absolutely awful in Smash Bros... I love Kirby but he's just so bad... He's not as bad when human-controlled as the computers are though. Probably the only character which can be beaten by almost any Level 1 computer when set to Level 9... It's apalling
Kirby is for noobs, they think he is good because he can fly

Umm... where you came from? Hello! Kirby is a total classic!
He makes a nice punching bag, not to mention the copy ability and the selfdestruct attacks, like throwing your foe backwars at the edge of the field. And when you keep your foes in his belly and bungee jump of the stage...and with amazing style comes back from the bottom and reaches the platform with a Final Cutter... man, if that's not style I'm commiting suicide
Only noobs fall for those tactics.

You didn't get it did you?
Think of it this way, my little cousins like to play Smash. When it comes to this game, I'm total WarMachine! So they take the easiest way...
They choose the pink puffball to run for their lives! Also Kirby makes a nice sandbag in training, and look at this:
In whom will you download your fury, if kirby doesn't appear in this game?
I'm not giving him any points but he makes a nice addition when it comes to punch someone
Exactly, kirby is there for new players to the game, in others words, NOOBS.
Hey, in SSB, ANY character can be awesome. Including Kirby. KIRBY IS A FUCKING NINJA if you use him right
I mean, he's an excellent character for beginners. Not all beginners are n00bs. The Wiki definition of n00b is someone who plays really badly, sometimes on purpose, & annoys other players. Newbie is someone new to the game
Kirby's throws are probably some of the coolest in the game (After Fox and Mewtwo's) but they're completely useless because for some reason you can get out of Kirby's grabs/throws by slightly tapping the analogue stick about once...
