+Brilliant gameplay. Excellent characters
-Not for everyone

Visual: It totally looks the part, with every person in the crowd being animated, to the pitch itself. 9/10
Controls: Confusing to start, but soon becomes second nature. 8/10
Gameplay: Truly amazing, a great look at what violent and fun football really is. 9/10
Lifespan: Will last ages. With three teams, player's items and more pitches, it'll last forever. 10/10
Sega Soccor Slam

This is not your average football game. Consider this; Three players on each team (and a goalie) with no throw-ins, corners or a referee. You can punch, slide or just barge the opposition out if the way. The rules are pretty simple; Score.
Along with that, you are able to do a "Killer kick" This is when your bar at the bottom fills up (More on that later) When you activate it, it unleashes a powerful move, where if timed right, will score a bloody good goal!
There is also a spotlight kick which sometimes occurs. When you're in the opposition's half, a spotlight sometimes suddenly shines onto the pich. Get into it and press shoot, WAM. Another brill way to score.
Now onto the little bar thing. In the game, when ever you perform a good move; deke, spin, tackle, punch, shoot or passing, your bar at the bottom fills up. When this fills, you can either use it as a kind of enhancer, which puts you on permanant boost. Or you can save it up for the killer kick i mentioned earlier.
Evasive manouvers let you dodge the other team. A deke jumps the player and the ball into the air dodgeing a slide. The spin makes you spin out of the way of a punch, which can be pretty handy.
All this is in game. Where as in the different modes there is plenty more to do. In one of them, you have a giant tournament where as you gain money from winning matches, you can unlock different items for your players which enhance their play.
Teams:
Volta
Subzero
El Fuego
Toxic
Spirit
Tsunami
There are also three unlocked teams available to get in a different mode.

Two mini games are also available to play, a basic beat them up where you run around the ring trying to beat everyone up and Hot Potato. In this you have to try to hold onto the ball until the timer ends where it explodes. The longer you hold onto the ball, the more points you get. The nearer the explosion, the more percentage of points you lose. If you or another player steals the ball from someone else, that player will get the points being ranked up from the previous player.

I would give Sega Soccor Slam 8.9/10. With fast gameplay and some matrix style goals, it's one of my favourite titles. More that your run of the mill fifa anyday.

Trying to think of a witty signature after 'Hacker-gate'...

Sorry. I will do that in the future.

Just change this one and I will put it up Smilie

I'll just do it on future reviews. If you don't want this one, delete it.
