Was there ever a Genesis 2? That pic seems to have the little red bit anyway

The Genesis looks horrible! I've got a UK MegaDrive 1 with a Mega CD 1 - that looks beautiful!

That was a bit harsh there, don't you think? It wasn't off-topic at all.

Sorry if I sounded harsh, but me and Ikari explained what the MegaDrive/Genesis is, and he still asked, either he didn't read the posts properly, or is just doing it for the fun of it.

MegaDrive is the European name, Genesis is the US name.

It was Sega's 16-bit console back in the 90's, and rivalled Nintendo's Super Nintendo.

All the games we have mentioned are for the system, and that is what the creator of the thread is looking for; reccomendations.

If you haven't heard of the system, and thus have nothing to add to this thread, all I'm saying is don't post. I'm not trying to sound mean.

The megadrive 1 ws pretty ugly but the MEgadrive 2 was quite cool looking but they took out the headphone jack in the second one tsk

I liked the original Mega Drive. Bah forgot loads, Road Rash, Double Dragon, Shinobi, Strider I am so going to have to play all these games now...first to buy a Mega Drive!
