Anybody still playing Monster Hunter Tri?

Well, you have to start over anyway if you want to make a second and third character, don't you?

Yeah but since there is no specialization in weapon or other things you can do pretty much everything you want with one character. I'm going to try and master every weapon class at some point.

I was thinking about adding that above but it seems so trivial to me, same goes for the voice. I'd call any person who starts all over again for that purpose insane.

It's a shame I don't have my Wii at the moment. I miss that game.

I started over 3 days ago. I used to be hr92 or something, had everything there was to have, but my wii died the first week of black ops. PLayed that one with my new red wii, but now me and my friend started over with mh3... and I'm having a blast!

So, if any of you is still a regular on mh3, we should meet up. I'm an experienced noob haha, I know these monsters but oh my, my armor and weapons... lol!

I'm playing it almost every day and could use some more friends who know what the hell they're doing and who aren't complete idiots. Just a few days ago when I was farming some Darkmetal in that easy low-rank event quest one guy got a DC and shortly after, the others just left without saying a word as if we couldn't do it with three people. I hate stuff like that.

I haven't played for... AGES. Yo L, do they repeat all of the event quests? Even the ones that were available during the first few months of release? I really need to do some of those..

I'm not L but from what I've seen, they repeat event quests frequently. I was trying to get a Jaggi Mask but found out that the materials come from an event quest that was somewhere after release. I thought that that was the only chance and I've missed it due to getting the game this late but it actually was available one or two weeks ago. You should start playing again, I'd really like to hunt some stuff with you.

I'm easily going to make it to HR51+ till Jan 26-29 btw, I'm already HR46 and close to hitting 200hrs playtime. Not sure if I'm going to join Super Alatreon though, that will depend if my equipment is up to par by that time(My best stuff right now is a full Qurupeco+ set and the Rising Soul LS). Otherwise, I'd just be a hindrance.

I could use a super alatreon back in the day, but it wasn't there yet... I fought alatreon to death - well over 120 times - but never got me a skypiercer to complete the armor set.

Had everything else, but now we've started this new character. I'm so weak

HR 475 havent played in a few months been getting back into the past couple of days though. Same name as on here "J Tangle" If you message me say you're from cubed3.

This is my first time on this game. I really enjoy it, it's much better than PSP MH games.

I booted Tri again yesterday, after months without touching it. No time on my hands to play it online though, since exams are on the horizon already :/.
