Rate the latest film youve watched

Cop Land.

10/10.

It\'s a film called \'Cop Land\', stars Sylvester Stallone, and has grimacing faces on the front cover. You think you\'re in for some typical action film. I was totally un-prepared for what it actually is, as it\'s really a drama which revolves around a conspiracy of a (fictional) town called Garrison, in New Jersey, in which most of the residents are of New York\'s NYPD. Without wanting to ruin anything, the twon is outside of NYPD jurisdiction, and there\'s some shady things going on.

It\'s a fantastic film, and what makes it even more striking is that Stallone plays completely against type for this film. He plays a quiet character called Freddy Heflin, who is the sheriff of Garrison, and is hearing-impaired. He\'s an absolute pussy, and is really soft-spoken. It\'s an ensemble cast, and Stallone for once acts really well. It\'s easily his best film. The storyline is riveting, and it\'s directed well. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn\'t seen it. I bought it off Play.com for �3, including delivery.

Absolutely loved it. Great humour, set pieces and imagination. And Krauss was brilliant, especially in his pronunciation of 'focused'

One of the best comedies I've seen in a while, absolutely hilarious. Robert Downey, Jrs performance as a white actor acting as a black man was brilliant. Just watch it.

I saw a while ago and loved it also, Strauss is fucking genius lol

Shit! Wasn't even funny. Couldn't finish watching it it was so bad. And it's only like an hour long

Elegy- 8/10 another fine performance by Ben Kingsley. Penelope Cruz does what she does best, look good.

The story line sucked and was extremely predictable...and it was just fight scence after fight scene after fight....but I had a good laugh.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly 10/10

The recently showed the extended cut of this film in a Art-House type cinema in Dublin City Centre. A chance to experience one of my favourite films ever in the cinema, like it was intended. It was class, great acting from Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleaf and "Tuco" provided the comic relief. A 3 hour film never seemed so short. Is there any reason this film doesn't deserve a perfect ten?

Disaster Movie.

I really don\'t know why I watched this, especially after the travesties that were Scary Movie, Date Moive, Epic Movie, Superhero Movie, Sports Movie and Meet the Spartans. It\'s jsut like it says on Wikipedia, a \"comedy\" film. Didn\'t watch it all, so there is some obscure chance it got better. I doubt it though. Especially since it\'s currently ranked #1 on IMDB\'s worst movies list

Now I want to makes things clear. There will never, in the history of the world, be a perfect movie (at least in my eyes). Saying that, I think this comes pretty damn close. In my Dark Knight review, I said that it was near perfect. Well, this goes up to The Dark Knight and punches the good rating out of it. This is just.....just.....AMAZING!!! I love it!!! Get this (recommended for Blue-Ray)!!!

Dire crap, they should stop with these pair ups if they are going to propose dull films with shit screenplays to them both. It may have looked great on paper but the final result however is not worth watching.

Pretentious dialogue, pretentious dialogue, pretentious dialogue and it had also had some pretentious dialogue. The wachowski brothers (or brother and sister) probably chewed out their own colon they had their heads so far in their own arses while writing the script. But still quite good. 7/10

Armageddon - terrible cliche fest, unfunny when trying to be funny, horrible acting, way too many things going wrong supposed to make it exciting - fails miserably, out of place and bad, uninteresting music, boring, unbelievable.

I can't believe I managed to sit this one through, but I succeeded, barely. Thank god I didn't spend any money on this shite film!

I can't fault the film on undelivered promises as it is about Strippers who become zombies. But really, it's just necro porn. The were a few LOL worthy parts, but that was more due to the cheesiness and crappiness
