Latest Purchases

Bought a 360 last week.

Haven't got online setup yet, my broadband package gives the lowest speed so I'm hoping to get it upgraded or change to a different provider, probably the latter. Not sure who to go for though.

Can anyone explain to me how I go about transferring my 'curoi' gamertag from friends xbox (gamerpoints - 1500, so's how much of a cunt I've been stealing his xbox). I've heard that if I do there are limitations, like not being able to watch videos if I'm not signed in or something, that true?

With the arrival of my new laptop there are TONS of PC games I have to catch up on. Happy times.

Keep us posted on that SuperLink! I've got a mate who has just started working in at Game (or maybe Gamestaion, I forget) and I might ask him to get me a copy on his discount.

Just bought Resident Evil 4 Wii edition new for $10 as part of an Amazon sale.

Lemme just say it\'s easily better than Shadow, \'06, and even Heroes. The Daytime stages are excellent, and even the werehog is decent. It\'s just a shame that all the reviewers let the werehog drag the game score down so much.

Just got Fable 2 as my christmas present (my parents still let me pickt £250 worth of presies for christmas day) and it was only £19.99 in Gamestation.

My latest purchas was Sonic Unleashed for the Wii. It has really good graphics but not as good as Mario Galaxy. It has a good story and some twists as well. Get this game.

My latest purchase worthy of noting is a t-shirt with Han Solo playing a guitar on the front, and underneath the words 'Guitar Solo'.. and yes, you will no doubt have to change your pants because your already so wet at the thought of such an awesometacular tee
Also I done a bit of shopping today and almost purchased that new Sonic one, but then remembered how much of an ass-raping his recent outings get off everyone on here.. apart from, well, superlink ;-
is it actually any good?
They were also selling that Okami game in a 2 for 30 deal, but the only partner I could find for it was some 'Party Time Wii - now with 74390 incredibly dull mini games!' bullshit.

I have recently bought an Akai MPC500

(It's a hardware sampler)

Financed by the sale of Fable 2 (which I found very dissapointing in the end - this will sooth my pain hopefully ) and a duplicate copy of Assasins Creed (someone paid me MORE than I paid for it originally on eBay!).

Got the collectors edition (which only seems to be on play) because when you add shipping costs onto the normal version, on sale everywhere else, they come within a couple of quid of each other. Then consider Play shipping is free and its a definite win.

I'm one of the only C3 members to have the 360 version. You may want to rent it to see how much you hate the werehog stages, but they're really not all that bad, and I think the daytime stages are worth it by themselves... at least if the game goes down in price a little...

For some reason the new Banjo box-art feels more Donkey Kong Country to me than Banjo. Just doesn't seem like so much of a Banjo world to me, for some odd unknown reason.

Banjo was good fun, finished the first two stages now, Oh and I know what you mean about the new "box" art, but to be honest I'd never noticed a connection between the two series' before xD. I'll probably play more tomorrow.

If I ever get back on the 360 today I'd like to play some Unleashed.

For some reason which I think is linked to woolworths, no where near me has any copies of any games from last week. Was going to maybe pick up sonic or Resistance 2, but everywhere has charts from two weeks ago.

Had a go and it seems okay and I\'m getting it for half price which I\'m happy with. You can be a bigamist right? I want a Husband and a Wife.

I want Sonic Unleased for 360 but will wait till I see it cheaper as I don\'t feel it\'s worth full price.
