And a star for the recommendation for you, my dear man.
Even if it did mean crippling my overdraft...BUT NEVERMIND!

I managed to swipe Left 4 Dead (awesomely fun game) and The Orange Box off my flat mate, Fable should be here in a day or two and I'll have Fallout by the end of the week.

Not quite a purchase; My dopey brother gave this one to me earlier before setting out on one of his game-selling sprees he seems to go on every week. Smilie

Will play Sonic CD along with my planned replay of Grandia 2 later. Smilie

Together, finally, it was the last Luigi also Smilie

Got a brand new second Dreamcast Joystick, oddly it's branding is in black and is different to that off my first, despite it being offical also. It should equate to some awesome fun on Christmas Day with Vampire Chronicles and some Chronic Smilie

Also got a rare Official SEGA Godzilla VMU which has double the memory

And a copy of Lady Vengence on DVD from HMV for a £5

Another haul of items from linkyshinks! sweetness

Recent purchases have included Sonic Unleashed (Xbox 360) i did have GOW2 but 10 returned it to get it back when it drops in price.

Unleashed i think is great, shame the werehog levels are so annoying. I might 10 return Sonic...i still can...but should i....

Banjo 3, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and the new DS one are all being contemplated for a replacement...

Got those two so I could link my PC with my Sony Bravia for when I watch films and what not. But so far it ain\'t working, the Bravia just says \"out of range\" and the splitter really blurs the picture on my standard monitor. Not a success.

This is though - a must for a HDTV/Wii setup. At first I couldn\'t really see much of a difference, but it kind of dawns on you how improved the picture is the more you play. Someone said the very same thing in the Component Cable thread. Possibly Mr T...

Edit - Just ordered this from Amazon too.

Did pre-oder it but cancelled due to lack of funds and not great reviews. But now amazon have it on offer for £22.99 and I was just given a £15 voucher. So effectively I paid £7.99 for it. Smilie

Keep it. Replayability is one of the game's strongest points, and once you beat all the werehog stages you'll never HAVE to play them again Smilie

Not exactly purchases, but things I got for my Birthday, I figure I may as well put them here along with other things I got around my B-Day.

Worth it now that you can go fullscreen with it. I used mine a lot. I like using the PSP as if it\'s a conventional controller. I need a new PSP though, as my last broke in a accident. I will likely get the 3000 cheap and boxed second hand, as soon as I see it at a reasonable price.

Visit the PSP thread in General Gaming for ideas about what games to get.

Ready for World of Goo now. Although I'm gonna have 500 points spare, anyone want them? Smilie

Spend them on me and I will get you something for the same cost if you like. Nah that's lame. You should get SL a prezzie, nah that's lame also. Smilie

When is it coming out on Wii here?

My guess is this week, since it'll be the last Wiiware week before the new year, and 2D Boy have repeatedly said that it'd be released in December. Smilie

I'll probably do some kind of forum game later this week to determine who gets the 500 points. Smilie

That makes sense. I suppose I need to get some points then. 1500 seems about right. I will get the Wii version also, I know it will go down a storm on Christmas Day.

just keep them and use them for something else in the future.

As far as I know you can't play PSP games full screen unless you hack it... Which I plan on doing.

It requires great courage to look at oneself honestly, and forge one's own path.

The new Firmware has fullscreen support. I never got to try it myself because I had just sold my Slim.

Ubisoft's new 'Wii Cook!' I see. Turns your Wii into a toaster.

Less posty, more gamey.
