Metroid Prime 3 Boxart?

I hope this is a case of America gets the sucky box art and PAL regions gets somthin diffrent
The two big Samus' ruin it, and is 3 images of samus (or dark samus) really neccessary to get the whole this is the third game point across?

Scrap the mirror image in the corner and this would be a great box art, in my opinion.

I just think that's an awesome picture of Samus really, the whole shadow/dark thing is kind of irrelevant for me.

Looks shit - Dark Samus is a bit better looking that a grey shaded mirror opposite.

Too many fonts. And samus has too much clothes on-- why must NOA keep on teasing us?

I really don't know what the fuss is all about.. it looks fine to me. It's better than Twilight Princess' box art, at the least.

Is it me, or is her dark "shadow's" gun on the left arm?

Well considering it appears to be a mirror/shadow samus rather than Dark Samus it appears to be correct.

Nice boxart - I'm wondering if a third Samus will actually come into play. The planet is interesting too (one side reminiscent of earth, other side fucked up when it passes samus). Could also be another bit of a hint.

That's one of the worst box arts I've ever seen.

It doesn't look crap... but I wish it wasn't so generic. I mean who else is getting sick of the protagonist jumping out of the box at you?

Although, being the American Boxart, it was bound to be underpar.

The boxart look's good to me samus look's too cool.

I hate, hate, HATE the font corruption is written in.

I prefer the more abstract boxarts perfectly.

I don't. It's not very original and looks a bit of a mess tbh.

It's missing the official Metroid symbol in the back of the official title.

I swear even the unofficial boxart is better than that.

Very good point aswell. It is apparent on every other prime title, so something tells me this is not the finalised version. I lot can change yet.

If that is the official US box art, then it looks like a pile of junk.

I'm still not convinced that is the final box art still, it just screams out fake to me. It doesn't keep in theme with the previous covers and like Hobbes said, it's missing that vital symbol in background of Metroid text.

IGN have it on their site as the official box art so this is from nintendo, it is strange the symbol has been taken out though.

I like it apart from that stupid relection that stares directly back at you, it ruins the composition totally. If they got rid of that it would look much better. But after seeing that unofficial box art, I must say I prefer that over this. [LS]

I kind of like it, like Linkyshinks I dislike the reflection, but other than that it seems fine.

Is that shadow character dark samus though? Maby they have introduced yet another evil samus counterpart type charachter.
