Metroid Prime 3: Corruption PRE-ORDERS - now rocking!

as the title says, friends. I got mine today! - cept' for whatever reason - it was 10 bucks to reserve the game instead of 5 -- I thought that was strange but didn't mind too much. Go do it! - A day in the First week of August is the date Gamestop had listed - and even tho that will most likely change --

its time to get yours in! dooo it! oh and Mario Party 8 this month! yyyaayyy!

anyone else on the Mario Party train yet?! I mean - c'mon - this one will HAVE to be the best one yet!

Seriously!?! I didn't think they'd have it to reserve so early, but that's awesome! Better get down to the local GameStop ASA f'in' P!

Well this must be a little hint that it's very close-ish, but the real date could yet fall either side of the first week of august.

Sooner the better quite frankly this whole paper mario thing has got me pissed as far as Euro release dates are concerned. The Wii market here badly needs that title to keep up the momentum, especially seeing as though we have been getting crap on the VC of late.

(Barr Punch which is a Dream of a game. Let me know when you guys get Ninja Gaiden NES on it Mista)

Thats true lol. My friend pre-ordered Harry Potter 5 at Borders. He waited for ages in line, while I just walked into Kmart and back out in like a minute with a copy in my hand. It cost me less as well mind you.

Metroid Prime 3, just the thought of it makes me foam at the mouth.

I don't think MP3:C will be out ANYWHERE any time soon. I just get this feeling.

& there's nothing wrong with pre-ordering if it means you get the proper game/console on the day of release. Ebay can lead to stupid prices & pirate versions.

The Metroid Prime series, stems up some of the worst news for me. I seriously detest the games. I really don't get it, what's so good about them?

I just found the whole series hugely boring and there's nothing happening, it's such a dull game. I'd much rather have a blast with Time Splitters with fast paced action shooting, unlike walking about shooting at walls for hours on end.

I'm sure there will be lots of other people who enjoy this game though and make sure you get pre-ordering it now, as it's a big seller. If not, pop into your local Tesco's one the day of release and you'll be sure to get yourself a copy.

They're actually GOOD.

Which games have you played? Any of the 2D ones?

I've played quite a few Metroid games, including 2D ones. I do like the 2D ones slightly better, but there still pretty much boring. I've just never like the whole 'puzzle' crap going on. I prefer fast paced shoot e'm ups, Games that actually entertain me.

Metroid Fusion is awesome though

The 3D ones are very boring though, specially 2 & Hunters. Hunters is just super cheesy aswell.

The beautiful thing about living in rurla areas is that no matter what day of the year or what game, I can go in to a retailer and get it without worrying about pre-orders or them being sold out.

I have to drive 40km to get to a K-mart. I generally concur with your view though. I believe that I pick up a lot of great bargains because of the lower demand. Also KK, my experience with new release prices, try dvdboxoffice.com for your DS games - much cheaper than Australian retail. This is why I will soon import an NTSC Wii and start importing my 'must have' games.

I think I've already pre-ordered mine - that option was available to me when I purchased the console. The same applied to Galaxy.
