Imo, there needs to be an AC styled Mii application, perhaps an extension to the Mii channel, or perhaps re-rendering Miis to look like AC characters.

ok....if you want me ill be over there. How about upgradable tool's, such as fishing rods. You start with a normal one and you get upgrades such as lures or different bait. Or axe to chainsaw's (i like chainsaws, best weapon ever)

Free animal porn... sex appeal sells doesn't it?

Well as it happens i have always been keen on Eloise, i do have a thing for pink Elephants, especially ones with such cute trunks.LS

Customized house upgrades where you build your own house with rooms and you can trade blueprints and such. this would be frikin' awsome.

I agree, you could work out and devise your layout, send in surveyors for approval of the changes, and come back after spending some time in a temporary shelter. LS

All great ideas you guys (some of LS's seem familiar Smilie)
I would like to see loads of new things like pets, downloadable things (town tunes, patterns etc) and it should have some kind on ingame video/image capture so that they can be sent or put onto. it's gunna be awesome Smilie

More than anything I want to be able to use all the cool crap I've got lying about the place. I want to get in my kayak and head out on Lake *your town here* hunting the Loach. I want to don my motorcross helmet and burn across my town to visit my peeps for dirt races. Alternatively I'll tootle about on a Vespa or pushbike.

I'd like all the gear I've accrued to be more than ornamental.

I like the Kayak idea Smilie, that would be great, but perhaps a normal boat would be fine, especially if you could have two friends fishing at the same time. LS

* lol i am also all for the Vespa having owned a Lambretta, but it's never going to happen.

* Like the sig, Wild Gunman would be great for the VC if they make Zapper games happen eventually.

Now, I don't know if you said this already, but I'd like the ability have some furniture that can be used outdoors, so I can make a fence around my house and my own pool, and my own lawn, which I would have to cut the grass to keep it from growing all over the place.

You mentioned the marina, thats something I'd like to see as well. I'd also want to see different levels, in the terrain. Like small elevations in the ground. Some people can have their house on a small hilltop and it would mix it up alittle.

I'm not quite sure if this already is in Wild World, but it would be cool if different regions/countries of the world had exclusive fruits. So that if you make a friend in say Spain he could have found a rare fruit only available to players from Spain, he could then grow a tree and give you one of the fruits so you could grow in your town, and people could get rare fruits from you.

I love the series ..

We know .. Smilie

Here's some of mine (again, some might be familiar Smilie )

Town Stuff

Themed towns with different housestyles .. for example, Log Cabin, Igloos, Jungle huts (on stilts). There should be suitable themed furniture that goes along with the house style.

Themed Towns that can be based on your real geography (via Wii Code - Europe, Africa, Arctic (!), Australia etc) or at lease selectable themes with fruit types that are according to the theme.

Also the calendar events should be selectable from a list (Not just the American ones like Halloween or Thanksgiving) but say you selected UK, you would have Guy Fawkes night, May Day (complete with town maypole !)

Much bigger town, with vehicles. I would like to see a push-along Scooter or skateboard available to get about. You can pimp 'em too ... so you can get better wheels or graphics (that you can design in the Able Sisters new CAD workstation.

To move, You use the nunchuck to steer and the remote that you have to make a push motion to move .. You could also have a town scooter rally competition .. like a slimmed down 'Mario Kart' with a randomly generated track area.

Ability to edit your layout - Town Editor with loads of selectable building types / textures is a pre-requisite Smilie

House Stuff

GARDEN! Gotta Have a Garden ! Your house should have a garden that grows in size as you upgrade your house. You should be able to grow your own stuff to sell or swap with others (kind of intruding on Harvest Moon / Pinata territory I know, but what the heck !). This could also be similar to the turnip trading, but with more variety.

Collect different tools to do your gardening such as Spades/Hoes/Forks. These tools allow you to actually buy/grow different things too.

A Fly Swat to kill the 'roaches with in your house - using the remote of course .. Smilie

Some other stuff

I would like to improve the fishing contest. My idea would be fly fishing. You could then collect different flies (seasonal) for different fish (that are also seeasonal). You could use the remote/nunchuck as you would a real fly rod ..

I want to be able to go in the sea/lake/river to swim and dive to the bottom and find things. You could start off with simple snorkeling gear, but upgrade to full diving sets which allow you to go deeper and find cooler stuff.

I would also like to go para-gliding or some sort of flight where I could fly over the town/countryside or wherever ..

On-line needs to be a lot easier to link up to. It would be nice that if Nintendo insist on Friend Codes (which I suspect will be the case), then once you have exchanged them, then you can visit their town at any time and they do not necessarily have to be there at the same time.

Well .. there a few Smilie

There are 10 types of people in the world: Those that understand binary and those that don't ..

I was thinking about that they might use Miis, but as Linkyshinks said, they would ruin the atmosphere and character designs.

So a main thing I'd like would be for more freedom, and a much more vast town. Perhaps we could have forests for catching bugs, and maybe you could climb the mountains? I hope Linkyshinks hasn't mentioned this. The swimming thing would be great, again it adds to the freedom. So I would like a great town, if it were to be more vast maybe the camera view should be behind the character and controllable. After all the GC and DS versions of the game are based on the N64 version, so this version should utilise the Wii's graphical capabilities to create a lushious and beautiful town.

Oh God... I see LS and Daz have already monopolised this topic. I'm getting deja-vu here...

Whatever I say has probably been already mentioned by one of those two, but I don't care. So I'd like to see more areas outside the town, like a desert off the eastern border or a wood to the north. Plus some improved multiplayer support - the multiplayer in WW was, putting it lightly , fairly awful.

Screwing the rules since 1989.

I am sure the others will no doubt happen, but on the proposal of a Desert that would be hella cool if you could spend your days making sand castles without the fear of the tide setting in- a perfect solution to my beach cove idea om page number two of my list. ( i have only posted page one and a bit of two). LS

* I am working on page four now, while attaining inspiration from my usual sources (wink wink)

Wow, a desert would be uber. What other areas? Underwater, a forest/wood, desert, mountains. All of those environments would fully expand the experience, and make it all seem new and fresh.

^^^ Hell no, they would never allow it, come on this is a Nintendo franchise.

In reply to DazJ post, some genuinely great ideas there, i like the gliding idea ( could require the hill top), and also a few simple forms of transport to get around your town would be good also as well, but all that regionalization would be very difficult unless it used a dedicated channel like i proposed, the regionalization could come via the channel. LS

The garden idea is great, and reminds me that the house needs an expansion. Perhaps you will be able to play Virtual Console games from your house in the game too.

I did paragliding a few weeks ago in Verbier .. and it was up there I though how cool if I could do this in AC .. yup, sad I know ! Smilie

You're right, the regionalization would be difficult, but hey, it's crazy idea time and it would be good if the calendar events catered to people from all over who play this game. Not everyone does "Trick or Treating" .. Smilie

I'd like it to open up the option of fully customizable Miis. It'd be great, you could buy ACSmilieC (as I call it, it stands for; Animal Crossing: Delightful Countryside) & then when you put it in, it upgrades your Mii channel so that you can customize clothes, designs, & all the other options a lot more than before. Then you would go on to use these Miis in AC, or even go back to Wii Sports with your fully customized characters! Smilie

You really are a adrenalin junkie arent you, well, i am all for healthy highs also Smilie, if they do decide to do this sort of regionalization it will likely use the UCEAA structure you have in distribution - U.S&Canada, Europe, asia, and australasia, and tweak here and there.

All regionalization is done out of Nintendo of America Washington offices, they would have some major work cut out to bring it to fruition, but they seemed to handle the text rich TP with no probs, BUT, when you have to undertake cultural research into account also, things can become very complicated and could create some sychronization issues with the online modes they will bring us. Yes, I was tandem and what a nightmare it was as well .. Smilie This is a bit off-topic, but a few of my mates are skiers - I'm a snowboarder. Skiers get to slide down the slope on their skis, and then they take off.

The day I did this, there was a problem with the wind, so the guy tells me I have to run. Now, the guy has the parachute behind him and he is on skis - so I have to run full pelt with the guy strapped to me and then his "drag factor" from his parachute kicks in so you really are struggling to maintain momentum ..

.. and all the while he's going "Faster .. that's it .. faster" and I'm running in snowboard boots and I ain't exactly Linford-bloody Christie anyway !

The first time, I was almost there, except I hit a mogul and just went flat on my face, with the instructor guy falling on top, and then the parachute over us ... with about 20 people pissing themselves laughing .. Oh, the shame of it .. SmilieSmilie

"Luckily", I was the last to go so none of my mates actually saw me - which was just as well as the rest of the time would have been a constant piss-take .. Smilie
