I haven't seen much footage of MP3 at all, only the video from the TGS. A fully playable demo is going to be available at E3.

Halo 3 the most wanted game? It'll be the same as Halo 2 but with a new story, more guns and different level names. Exactly what Halo 2 did in comparison to the orignal Halo.

Give me Twilight Princess or new Smash Bros.

Nintendo is the one to watch as they're going to be the ones that ushering in a new stlye of play and new genres with it. By tomorrow and no later, all will be revealed.

Was hardly excited about Halo, wasn't excited about Halo 2, so you can imagine how excited I am about Halo 3.

I'm not a big Metroid fan either, but I'd love to see it be a fantastic title. And we all know Zelda will be already.

This is ludicrous, I haven't been this excited about seeing a game at E3 for ages. But the rather lacklustre single player MP:H has me dying for a decent single player Metroid adventure and I cannot wait for this.

I don't see the big fuss over the Metroid Prime series, but if the Wiimote (or whatever the feck it's being called now) features are good, then this is a must. Good to hear about the possible early release of the Wii, my fingers are crossed for a possible 'exam results' pressie

The infamous Metroid Dread, this was on the lists of games last year from Ninty and people from Ninty acknowledged it's existence but then it vanished. Rumours is that it wasn't near enough to completion to be shown, I'm expecting seeing it this year.

I loved Metroid Prime..
Gripes: The tallon overworld I think (desert place) was reeeaaly boring..It took me about a year to get past it lol then I got hooked.
Metroid Prime 2: The dark world was really not as compelling as the light world and it was quite a drag when you had to go there.

These are only tiny gripes and they were still amazing games but....
HERES hoping for a perfect Metroid Prime! Can't wait!!!!

Metroid prime 3 will be without a doubt graphicaly stunning. I'll be surprised if Xbox fanboys can keep defending the 360's extremely weak graphics so far after a few videos of that hit.

Is it just me or did MP2 look very REAL in a lot of places? Y'know, where you were walking along, and you could've sworn the wall you saw was a real one... And about the Dark world thing, I think it was supposed to be less compelling, I mean, it's the Dark World. It would be weird if you actually LIKED going there. But that's just my opinion
And IMO, Metroid Prime looked WAAAAY better than Halo+Halo2 on X-Bollocks, so mayb MP3 will look even better than Halo3 on the X-Bollocks360. I know the engine will be better, cuz it delivers a HUGE and detailed 3D world without the loading times like you have them in Halo, where you load small levels every 5 minutes. We'll see how this turns out to be...

Your totally right Shinji, MP2 completely kicked and blew halo 1 + 2 right out of the water and not just graphically. It really was an incredible looking game.

Yeah, the MP2 graphics were stunning. Especially as the end boss got closer and closer. The dark world started to come alive.

If there only was a video of the sanctuary fortress, I was never able to get that far and everybody keeps talking about it.

Errr....MP2 didnt look that great imo. MP > MP2 any day Halo 2 has some truly stunning scenes though, in some of the later levels that kicked MP's ass.

Oh god that bit was amazingly good.

It was the detailed alien architecture that did it for MP and MP2, sanctuary fortress was stunning with all the little red cube things.

Halo 2 has some stunning bump-mapping, but the textures and modeling are pretty uninspiring.

You wait till you get to the level where you get to stare out over High Charity.....if you haven't already <_<

Both Halo's were no doubt lack lustre in scenery, but both were far sharper, with far better textures and lighting than MP and MP2. I prefered the MP games graphics overall though.

I find with a lot of the textures in Halo 2, that they've taken a really crude rock texture and sort of put it in a filter to add grooves and such. It doesn't really work. The aliens look bloody brilliant though with all the bloom lighting.

Keep playing 'til you get to it. It's worth it. The game just gets better and beter from then on.

MP2 was shite. Pure shite. The Sanctuary Fortress was the only redeeming factor (damn it was awesome)
