Namco bid for Sega

Well you may or may not have heard about this but..........

Another arcade giant aims to join with Sega, in a merger which would create the largest games company in Japan.
It's been a couple of weeks since someone tried to buy Sega, and this time around Namco are the ones trying to tie the knot with the Sonic boys. Namco said that the deal was necessary in order for both companies to stay competitive, and with combined sales of 350 billion yen, they would certainly be that.

Sega are said to be close to making an announcement regarding a deal with either Sammy, EA or Namco towards the end of the month, so be sure to check back for more details

Id prefer Sega to stay on thier own, but who's it gonna be. i wonder??

Yeah, Gamer Feed had stories about this a few days back. Apparently the deal with Namco seems to have been practically confirmed on its website...

But, then again, nothing's ever properly confirmed until it actually goes ahead nowadays!

I reckon Namga or Semco would be 'A Good Thing', giving both companies a better chance with high worldwide sales.

Oh, and it'd have to be SEGA-Namco, as anything else just doesn't sound right.

Well, I think a cool name would be Semco like said above.....infact that some bloody awsome name!......well I hope they merge......but SEGA merging with Sammy would be cool too....but what would be even more super duper UBER cool if Namco and Sammy and SEGA all merged into one!
