Oh, a sequel to Beyond Good and Evil, I believe it was planned as a trilogy so actually seeing them would be nice.
The controller can be bother the "remote" and the "analogue" - it isn't just the single hand device, so pretty much every genre is possible
FZero - Use the analogue for steering and the shoulder buttons on the left hand for the drifting around each corner. A on the remote to accelerate, the trigger for boost power. Side attacks could be done by tapping the remote to the left or right as you near an opponet. I'm sure the tilt function could even by used for something in the game
RE - this would be incredible using the over-the-shoulder perspective in RE4. The analogue could be used to move forward/backward/left/right and a trigger button to bring up the gun for aiming. So this would allow you to sidestep in a way not possible in RE4. Then the remote would be for aiming the gun and looking (as in a FPS). The trigger on the remote for shooting - so you could shoot by aiming (and become stationary as in RE4) or take your chances and fire while on the run but without the benefit of aiming. RE would be blending the best of adventure action and FPS this way.
I also think the 3D mouse functionality could lend itself to some great touches. Game engines can already detect where you hit an enemy's body, and the physics responds appropriately. Now imagine using the knife in RE. You could stab the remote forwards to plunge the knife into a zombie - if you don't pull it back then the knife remains in the zombie. If you were particularly evil you could now begin to drag the knife upwards, carving up the zombie. Or you could choose some pyscho rapid stabbing, or throat slashing. The point is that now the pointer effectively BECOMES the knife in the game, and so however you move the pointer the knife will also move. Using a knife in RE is no longer about some generic "slash" animation, but can become a source of hours of humour and replay value in itself. This is just a small example off the top of my head. Obviously series like Splinter Cell, GTA and Hitman would also have all these benefits. Oh god, Hitman would be so awesome, I can already picture people going to stabs to the temples or slashing the ankles - I'd have fun just watching my friends play around. Third person games become changed just like first person games.
Starwars - I'm personally not that interested, but Lucas Arts must be creaming themselves. Everyone who is a starwars fan wants to use the lightsabre, and now the Revolution remote allows gamers to actually fully control the light sabre in real time. They'll make a game just to take advantage of this I'm sure.
FPS - first person shooters in general could be so unbelieveably good with this controller. Obviously, the remote allows aiming at a level even superior to the PC mouse. Again, the use of weapons like knives, crowbars etc becomes totally freeform and unique to you. I imagine that games using interactive physics (like all new FPSs are i.e. HL2) could even allow you to manipulate the free hand to pick up any game world object for use as a weapon - chairs, fire-extinguisher, rocks etc. And given the remote is tracked through 3D space, games might even be able to react to throwing motions, so you could throw knives or objects.
Rather than being forced to create game worlds where you need to use available stairs etc to get to higher levels, a simple "weapon" such as a rope grappling hook would allow you to scale high walls irrespective of location. The remote would make using this easy and the physics engine would simply react as in real life. How about using a wip in an indiana jones game or riding a horse in Zelda?
When using gun weapons, if you wanted to melee it would be as simple as stabbing the pointer towards the screen. If you wanted to look cool you could just tilt the remote and fire your gun sideways. Or the tilt sensing could be used to allow leaning around corners as was so awesome in the PC Call of Duty titles. Console FPSs could be as good (control wise) and better than PC FPSs, and your friends could instantly join in. I know at least 80% of my friends really struggle with the dual analogue step up on consoles, making FPSs not that much fun and taking a long time to get to grips with the basics. This genre is what I am most excited about
Time Crisis - Revolution obviously allows the arcade experience at home, openning another door to developers. You want Time Crisis? You can play it with the same old controller, but better yet, play it with 2 remotes. Now you can control both guns independently as the on-rails shooter moves around - or pass one remote over to a friend and they can join in the carnage
The same duel remote set up could be used in boxing games and fighting games (hold one button to control the punch, one to control the kick, and both to kick and punch simultaneous - now do this for both sides of the body)
Pikmin - This is really self explanatory, Nintendo now have a 3D mouse to aid control of multiple "units", and Pikmin would benefit massively from this controller. I bet Miyamoto is having a field day developing Pikmin 3 and PC developers of RTS now have a console market to tap into. Now all the casual gamers and parents who thought Pikmin looked like a cute and fun game can actually play it with no training and battle with the controller!
Starfox and Pilotwings - The remote now manipulates your vehicle. Simple. Genius.
Obviously I would also like Mario, Zelda, Mariokart, Metroid, MGS...anything and everything of any quality or potential. The possibilities are so vast and I'm sure developers will come up with far more creative uses of the technology.

[quoteA lot of you are saying Super Monkey Ball... I don't quite get how this will work. Is the controller's tilt sensitivity both axis? if thats the case it could be used to tilt the platform, although that sounds awkward. Otherwise you'd just be left with using the analogue stick like any other SMB game... someone explain?
yup Beam. From what I've heard, the controller can pick up every conceivable type of movement in all 3 dimensions.
I've heard for a fact that the machine knows:
>what point on the screen the remote is pointing at
>how far away the remote is from the screen(how much the rays have diverged)
>the angle that the remote is at.
for the actual topic I'd rate these as the *most* important
SSB (with the option of the controller shell)
A Zelda or Metroid game
A Mario platform game
A Mario kart/tennis/soccer/golf game
A special game to show off the capabilities of the system
SSB, Zelda, Mario, & Metroid are DEFINITELY going to be designed to make use of the unique interface.
Nintendo have already said Mario will use the remote in the way that Mario 64 used the analogue stick, that the new Zelda for GC is the last ever Zelda in this format, and that SSB is being made for Revolution with full use of the new controls. Retro have also said Metroid will be using all the major FPS benefits of this system. I highly doubt that any of these games will use the "shell" idea, and I would prefer they didn't because the shell doesnt seem necessary for any genre and would only dilute this revolutionary approach to interaction
as will all nintendo developed games
I would like to see...
1080o:Revolution, use the remote to steer the board, it makes sense.
StarFox:Revolution, use the remote to steer and shoot with your Arwing, high-on precision aiming plus StarFox games will become brilliant again.
MachRider:Revolution, this would be such a cool shooter with good potential to be a 16+rated title.
Alsorime 3, Kid Icarus, Smash Bros.(of course
And I would also would like to see some StarWars and adventure games from LucusArts...please.And hopefully EA make a good 007 game for it.And Nintendo should at least expand Retro Studios so they can finally make the long-awaited game: RAVEN BLADE!
The nes games Im going to download are:
Zelda = it started it all and that I have never really played it.
Kid Icarus = everyone keeps talking about this so I might aswell give it a try.
Metroid = I want to get into the Metriod games so I'll start with this
Earthbound = I like the story
