Namco and Bandai to Change Names With Upcoming Merger Page 1

Namco and Bandai's merger will be official this coming October and the two Japanese toy and videogame giants have been contemplating a number of names for their upcoming merger. Below we have listed all the possible names that the company could be called. Each one of these names have been legally acquired by the two companies. They are as follows:

Bandai Namuko

Namuko Bandai

Bandai Namco

Namco Bandai

Bannam

Namban

BNH

NBH

Well those are terrible names, i'll jsut sitck with the larger companies name followed by the other, like Bandai-Namco or Namco-Bandai like Square-Enix. Bannam, Namban.. Smilie Could be Banco or Namdai atleast.

Why not daico, Naman, andaico, lol no dont listen to me.....all those names suck, mine arent much better eithier :p

Well it would be a better name, but putting the old names in gives people something to relate to eg "Namco? They made Pac-Man, they must ROCK!"

I think it'll end up being called Bandai Namco but still using Namco as the developer name for the original Namco development team or something, kind of how Sega is now Sega-Sammy Holdings but still uses Sega as the development/publisher name.

EDIT: I was right. It's officially Bandai Namco Holdings.
