worst horror movies

ok i have done a faveorite horror movie thread and now im doing this. my worst one has to be The Virus

Mine has got to be any Scary Movie film. I know it's a cross between horror and comedy, but it's crap in both departments.

Dire films.

whats wrong with the scary movie movies? they arn't that bad but yes jeepers creepers 2 was abizmal to say the least. i dont think much of Ghost Ship either. the gore was good but everything else was crap.

At least Scary movie was better than Scream. And Scary Movie isn't a horror movie, its a spoof parodying horror movies.

it was shit.

Wen scream fisrt came out it was brilliant but the sequels killed the origional. The overuse of the scream mask on halloween etc also didn't help. It just went a little too mainstream.

Cabin Fever, now theres a bad movie, did it even make any sense or have a point to it.

The first scream movie was awful, the following two were worst.

It tried to be clever and ended up being extremely generic with no original ideas, no thrills, no scares but full of incompetant acting.

Screm wins it for me too.

Can't remember if it was 2 or 3 I saw but it was crap.

Scream 3 was utter crap. Scream 2 had some nice moments, just the climax ruined it for me. Still need to see the first one.

My worst horror movie is a toss up between Halloween Ressurection and Jason X. I like Busta Rhymes as a rapper, but God damn it, you do not make him go kung fu on Michale Myers. As for Jason X, the idea was novel, but Jesus, I could have made a better movie.

If anybody says the blair witch project as worst film, i will kill you. That movie was classic.

Blair Witch 2. Not just the worst horror movie, but also one of the worst movies ever made. Considering how original the first one was, it's unforgivable that this thing ever got made.

Was the director of the first blair witch on for for the sequel?

Sorry dude QT has said he is not doing that, were all rumours that were a load of crap. I think its for the best, The Friday The 13th series is dead, leave it to Freddie Vs Jason Vs Ash. Please God, make this movie.

The Village originated as period piece by the way Kin, so was never really meant to be a horror. Was just M.Night doing his usual thing of letting us not know what we are in for till we see the end. I thought it was quite good actually.

Apparently they are making Freddie Vs Jason 2, not sure how definite it is, but it got the green light a while back.

nah, i'd rather see jason vs. michael.

freedie vs jason vs michael. anyway back to the topic at hand here deathwatch is another one of those abizmal movies in fact the only good part is when you see a mans leg being eaten by rats when he is still alive.

Loads of people thought 28 Days Later was a good film, its apparently a budget film so for that I give it a thumbs up, otherwise, it was alright.
