Go, Mario! Put the Master Chief to shame!

I saw the videos only yesterday ans as blown away: great graphics, great gameplay and because of the relatively small planets (I know that there are bigger ones, too) far less confusion where to go next like in Super Mario 64.

Thanks, Ninty, for releasing it in Europe soon, too!

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

I want it to be the best selling game of all time in UK. Smilie

I really doubt it though. I wonder what Pre-orders will look like though? I'd better pre-order mine as soon as GAME start doing it, or I won't get one! O_O

Hope they keep the pre-order coin or something similar over here, that'll certainly help.

Sweet! Good stuff - they really need to start pumping out the ads for it soon, surprisingly not long to go for us too!

Yep. Anyone know when Gamestation start taking pre-orders? I'll lay one down straight away.Smilie

Mario to sell more than Halo..... it certainly is viable.

Halo 2 sold 6.5m (if Wikipedia is to believed) units and i nearly certain that NSMB has sold more than 10m units.

I'm gonna pre-order my copy today on Amazon if I can. I'll get it for Christmas though, as I want to relive the feeling of opening up Ocarina of Time on Christmas Day 1998. Smilie

Its going to be so magical to play that game on Christmas Day, its a shame I wont have Brawl to go with it though. Smilie

Halo 2 is 8.3 mil worldwide and NSMB is 10.7 mil worldwide.

you were mixing worldwide with domestic.

I hope it is goes on to break records Smilie.

I didn't mix up anything, I just took them figures from Wikipedia, nevertheless my point still stands.

Lets hope it sells more than that in the first weekend!! Imagine if it sells more then a million games on the opening weekend... has that even been achieved before?!?!

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

Intense...that's only Japan as well.

Is there even a concrete European or Australian release date?

Temporarily banned until further notice.

As does Europe, November 16th.

So then Oct 26th Metroid and Nov 16th Mario, then there was really no reason for NoE to screw us out of a Dec release of SSBB.
