Looks like that promotional work for Hotel Dusk is paying off.
Who does everyone think FFIII will do come next Monday's chart?
Why buy a ps3 kutaragi has already drawn up designs for the ps4...(just before he retires)
Im sure Nintendo and MS are designing their next consoles too...
Good to see Nintendo still doing well. Nice to see Hotel Dusk getting some good sales. Amazing that Animal Crossing is still in the top 40. This game has had stronger legs than most.

YAY LETS COMPARE A HAND HELD TO A CONSOLE!!!!1111
Well comparing it to the PSP just wouldn't be fair.
Why not? its the only fair comparison that can be made...

The PSP can hardly be compared with anything. It's hardware sales are only more than what the GBA can manage, and Software sales are non-existent.
Why isn't it okay to compare them to some small degree? The PS3 and the DS are strong in the chart, comparisons are going to be made. Whether you like it or not, the DS has become quite the phenomenon that many consoles will be compared against, fair or not.
A hand held shouldnt be compared to a console at all. PSP may not be doing very well but its a fair comparison. I have both the DS and the PSP so I guess I get the best of both worlds.

Dude. The DS is a winner's console. Face it

We aren't comparing hardware or features or power though. We aren't comparing online features or anything of the sort that can not be done between a handheld and a console. We are merely comparing the software sales of two systems who have a strong presence in the chart.

.....good for you? I'd argue about what "good" you are actually getting from the PSP, but that would be pointless and is subjective.
There are many good games from the PSP, get your head from out of Nintendos arse hole and you just might be able to see them once you have wiped the shit off of your face.

Look, I'm willing to accept that you like the PSP. Fine, but don't tell me to like its library, which I find mediocre at best save for a few titles which I can count on one hand. My head isn't up anyone's butt, I merely enjoy the games on the DS much more than the PSP. If that brings you to throwing insults, your pretty pathetic.
Second of all, who the heck are you to talk to me like that? Why they let you hang around here I'll never know, but I'm getting tired by the amount of leniency your given by the mod team.
This is one of those times when I wonder why I ever bother saying anything in response to you.
Nintendo DS's must be doing something right if their price isn't being dropped this friday.
That's a point, the PSP drops to

or maybe sony have lowered the price as the cost of making PSPs has decreased.
Ole Joe, what a wanker, he must be blowing on the mods balls, there is no other reason as to why he still around here.

I also have a DS (4 of them) and a PSP (2 of them). I have 25 games for the PSP and only a handful get any playtime. What it does well is racing car games. It can have some nice RPGs. Otherwise it is cutdown, poor cousins of the PS2. I am grateful that it is doing so poorly, as I have paid very little for all of my games (all on clearance, as little as $8Au/3 pound).
The DS on the other, has my interest in many games and my list of must-buys is extensive. The only thing I look forward to on the PSP is the new Final Fantasy games. If you enjoy your PSP, good for you. My kids almost never play games on it. They use it for image storage and graphic novels. Pretty expensive for that purpose.
Clearly, both sales of hardware and especially software, show that there is very little consumer interest in the PSP - get over it.
i have a DS and a PSP, but not much interests me on the DS. The PSP does have a few decent Games: Ratchet and Clank, Daxter, Metal Gear: Portable Ops, GTA:LCS/VCS (superior to the console ports for the multiplayer), Metal Gear Ac!d, Gripshift, Frantix, Twisted Metal: Head On, Loco Roco, Katamari, Killzone Liberation, Tenchu, Infected for example.
My wifi is incompatible with the DS (which sucks), and so i don't buy many games that i would want online for. I do occasionally play Trauma Center or New Super Mario Bros, but only occasionally
Hotel dusk is doing quit well, i thought it would have been completly ignored.
