I was surprised that they used an updated version of the same trailer. I wasn't surprised that they used people to mimic what is happening on screen again. I'd rather do without them as I feel hesitant to show non-gamer friends because it looks so silly and exaggerated.

Red Steel itself is looking strangely good for a launch game.

Burning Hot! Let's get started!!:cooldude:

Silence is the loudest noise we could possibly hear.

I knew this topic was hiding somewhere... I wasn't sure if I was going to get Red Steel before I saw this, but now I'm almost sure that I will be picking this up with Zelda on launch day.

Hmm - It does look like the E3 build.

I'm not too impressed with this - the more recent still screens look so much better than this does - what happened to that? First time I think screens look better than the footage!

Textures are nice im places, but in others look really tacky and just slapped on blocks.

The only thing that's nice about that trailer is the music during the swordfight.
I'm not convinced.

Darn I won't be able to view the trailer until I get home, but by the comment you're all leaving it sounds as if the game has been given a major overhaul in terms of graphics and control.

So i'll ask the Question again. Who's picking this up with their Wii at launch??

I reckon they should use silhouttes like in the iPod adds, I reckon those will work for most games.

Am I the only one it refuses to work for?

O.k I finally got it to work (In IE no less) and I just have to say... Is Red Steel actually gonna have more than one level?

Very awesome trailer. I'll definately be picking this bad boy up at launch, lol.

It does look like they were using footage from the E3 version, though. It looked very familiar and the quality of the graphics doesn't match the new screens they released.

Has it been confirmed that there will be NO online multiplayer? I havn't read anything about a confirmation either way. I did read an article a while back with Ubisoft stating they WANT to do online multiplay.

Chance favors the prepared mind.

I'm actually glad they don't show too much, cuz if they did show a lot of the levels you won't be that surprised by what they have developed for usSmilie

Well yeah but even little clips or something wouldn't give too much away. Just something to reassure us that they actually have more than one level in the game... >.>
