Free Update for Zelda: Tri Force Heroes

Found The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes easy? It's about to get a little bit tougher in a free update.

The Nintendo 3DS game will be getting a free dollop of DLC from 2nd December that will introduce a new, rather tougher mode known as the "Den of Trials". The new area will boast 30+ stages, however players will need to team up and defeat all enemies in order to progress through till the end.

However to make things a little bit less manic, there will be checkpoints to save those who may take a bit too much damage in the heat of battle... phew! 

The update will also include two new costumes:

• Linebeck's Uniform - allowing players to see inside treasure chests
• Fierce Deity Armour - increases attack power and also fires off beams in four different directions to walk about like a boss.
