Super Destronaut Blasting onto Wii U eShop

Indie studio Petite Games has announced a new project for the Wii U eShop this week, action game Super Destronaut.

Taking a classic arcade shooter route, the game sees players blasting through colourful space critters in the living room. These floating foes will fight back, however, so solid reflexes will be needed to tally up high scores.

More details are expected shortly, but the team did confirm that the game will have multiplayer support and run at a solid 60fps for slick retro action on Nintendo's home console.
