Bombing Bastards to Blow-up Nintendo Wii U

A Bomberman-inspired indie release is getting a release on Nintendo Wii U this year.

Taking on a similar design to the classic, top-down Bomberman titles fans know and love, Bombing Bastards will feature five worlds and 30 maze levels, with a wide range of items, power-ups and critters to blast through.

In Bombing Bastards, the story revolves around helping the amusing Dr. Wallow (voiced by David Goldfarb, who worked on Mario Kart 8), blast through all the enemies in these worlds and "become the ruler of the galaxy."

Alongside the single player campaign, there'll also be a battle mode for up to 5 players, with support the Game Pad, Wii Remotes and Classic/Pro controllers.
