Target Activated! Dragoon Returns to Super Smash Bros Wii U, 3DS

As the launch of the new Super Smash Bros. duo grows ever closer, another returning item has been confirmed.

In today's picture of the day on Miiverse, director Masahiro Sakurai posted a glimpse of the Dragoon from Kirby's Air Ride. First seen in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the item was divided into three key parts, collected by players to form a rather deadly weapon. Though avoidable, if the final form did collide with a player, it would spell an instant knock out.

In both the Wii U and 3DS versions, the Dragoon returns with a new look targeting screen and will be in stereoscopic 3D on the 3DS, Sakurai confirmed.
