Deluxe Edition of Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate Heading to Wii U

Warner Bros has confirmed the launch of Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate - Deluxe Edition for multiple platforms including Wii U.

Developed by the same group as the original, Armature Studio, the new release will be a refined, HD edition of the portable game, featuring meaty 2.5D Batman platforming, map & hint system and improved sound.

Always a man of order, the Caped Crusader is called in by the authorities to sort out the Blackgate Prison, after gangs within the walls start to rebel. Players will explore the remote island, uncovering what happened after the events of the first game, Batman: Arkham Origins.

Fans will be able to swing down from the depths of Gotham City to download the release on the Wii U eShop for £15.99 on 2nd April.
